Sehr nette und familiäre Unterkunft. Hat sich angefühlt als wäre man Zuhause. Die Gastgeber haben uns vom Hafen abgeholt und hingebracht. Wir konnten auch ein Moped für die Tage ausleihen. Die Lage war auch genial. Super netter und hilfsbereiter Service.

Was able to rent a good bike which was necessary for getting around the island. The woman, who we think was the owner, was lovely and helpful. Overall was a decent stay for what we paid.

The bathroom window, although tinted, could easily be looked through at night when the light was on. We attempted to cover the window with our towels as we didn’t feel comfortable showering. We also had an infestation of ants in the room despite having no food at all in the room during our stay. The ants went into our bags as there was nowhere high up to put them and we found ants in the bed as well. We were able to deal with the ants ourselves and we always expect a few ants to be around the rooms in the Philippines but not to this extent especially when we didn’t eat anything in the room.

The beds were really comfortable and they had the best pillows we’ve had so far. Room was clean and AC worked well and wasn’t too loud. The hosts weren’t in your face at all and when we needed to make a call they helped us out. There were a couple pretty good restaurants nearby but you’ll need a motorbike to get most places which is fine cause everyone will tell you that to be on this island you need a bike to begin with anyways.

Definitely an ant problem so don’t leave anything on the ground. There are chairs and tables in the rooms so keep everything up there and there shouldn’t be an issue.

It’s a little bit of a walk away from the main Alona area but if you rent a scooter it’s not far at all

De locatie was prima en de vrouw was aardig.

Airco maakt zoveel lawaai dat het onmogelijk is er mee te slapen. Bed is veel te hard en ligt een smoezelig dekentje overheen, geen laken. Vanaf 04:00 word je gewekt door een aantal hanen die tot 07:00 ongeveer kraaien. Voor nachtrust hoef je hier niet te komen. Met douchen word heel de badkamer nat en er is niet eens een fatsoenlijke plek voor je wc-papier. Toilet loopt door. Nee het is hier niet comfortabel!

Enorm lieve familie en een top locatie. Kamer is prima voor paar nachten. Perfecte en nieuwe scooters voor een mooie prijs. Kregen zelfs de laatste ochtend een ontbijtje zodat we niet misselijk zouden worden op de boot, zo lief!

Wij hadden wel last van de mieren, dus pas op met zoete dingen op de kamer want voor je het weet zit je tas vol met mieren. Ook vonden we het jammer dat er meermaals om een recensie gevraagd werd. We snappen dat dit belangrijk is, maar liever niet er 2x om vragen. Tot slot wordt de kamer niet schoongemaakt.
