The house accommodated 9 of us nicely. The amenities provided made our stay very comfortable. We were a short drive away to shops, restaurants and the Stadium. Thank you to the hosts for easy check-in and providing informations sheets at the house. We would stay here again.

The property we rented was not accurately represented in the Vrbo listing. The backyard was just dirt, the pool water was too warm, there was a taped window, and the patio furniture was broken. Inside the house, the temperature would rise to 77 degrees on its own, the couch was worn, a glass frame was broken, and the walls, doors, and bathrooms were not clean when we arrived. Furthermore, we found hair and debris on the bed sheets. We cannot recommend this Vrbo property and do not plan on returning.

I want to give this property a 5 star so badly as the home was just perfect, however, the backyard was a huge disappointment and looks nothing like the photos, and we had a few other minor issues.
First the Pros: clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, great communication with property manager, easy check in and GREAT location near grocery store and lots of entertainment, places to eat and shop!
Cons: the main living room couch needs to be replaced as there is obvious wear and tear, we were unable to access/park in the garage even though it was listed as a parking option on the listing, the propane tanks were empty (we offered to fill them so that we could grill and we did get reimbursed). Biggest con is the backyard - dead bushes, dead grass, all dirt and weeds, lots of bird waste, patio furniture very dirty and damaged. The pool was very refreshing but not super clean either. The backyard needs some major TLC to look like the photos.

We came here for a friends 40th and it was the perfect location, with everything we’d need. Rooms and beds are comfy, pool and patio were clean. The house accomodated our group of 7 perfectly and we loved the way the house was decorated. The host Payton was friendly and quick to respond to any requests.

While overall this property was fine, we had two issues: first, we were not provided the door code info prior to or at check-in time, and could not easily reach the property owner (even after calling VRBO) so had to wait over an hour past 4pm check-in time and find something else to do while we waited. We anticipated receiving an apology or accommodation of some sort for the delay, but alas we did not. Second, the back yard was not inviting at all (save for the outdoor TV area); it was all dirt (literally) so we never even used the pool area. On the upside, the location was very convenient (close to Tanger outlet mall and Cardinals stadium), and the house was cutely decorated and very spacious.

I was there with my adult son and daughter for the Metallica concert. The house is great. Clean, fun, well furnished and close to State Farm Arena. Even though the concerts second night was canceled, we enjoyed our time together. The house is very comfortable and conveniently located. The kitchen had everything we needed.

We had an awesome stay at this property. It was clean, well maintained, and Payton was super responsive. Location is in a quiet, safe neighborhood, with lots of food and shopping close. House had everything we needed and more! Definitely plan on staying again!!

We loved this place! Cute, Comfy and Convenient. We traveled from Alaska for hockey tournament. The place was clean, had enough space for us and visitors. The heated pool was a bonus with the cooler weather. Great value just off the freeway for easy travel. Hoping to return again this next winter.

We had a great time at Euphoria in Peoria! The home was clean, inviting and cozy. Payton was very kind, wonderful to communicate with and accommodating to arrival time adjustments we requested just weeks before our schedule date of arrival. We will definitely consider staying again in the future when we make our next trip down to Arizona! Thank you for opening your house to our family.
