Great family fun, excellent location.

We had a great experience, loved it was so close to all resturants and attractions

Our family enjoyed our stay at the cabin. There were ten of us and we had plenty of room. The only suggestion I would have is to put the bunk beds (children’s room) on the same level as the game room.

Cabin was fine. Could tell it was dated but it was a good location for what we needed. Would stay again. Just so everyone knows. It's one of the best locations relative to the strip I've seen for the money. Cabin was standard by location made up for it.

It is close to all the major activities in the area and there is even a pool right across the road from the cabin, which made my granddaughter very happy. The layout of the bedrooms and bed sizes was perfect for my family. Overall it is a nice enough cabin but with some upgrading and more attention to cleaning, it could be very good. My wife lost an earing under the bed and when we started looking for it we were bothered by the dead bugs and lint/dust. Also, my wife noticed from the movement we got settled that the baseboards had a thin layer of dust covering them. These things did not impact our stay, but was just something that makes your wonder what else I am not seeing. And finally, we struggled with lack of garbage bins and even after calling about it as directed, we still had to leave to full bags in the kitchen on departure (again as directed) because they never emptied the bins.

The first shower was above the lower bathroom. I walked in that lower bathroom n there was water all over the floor. I was concerned but figured that one of my five year old twins boys we’re playing in the sink. They are rambunctious boys!! Cleaned it up n thought nothing more about it. Later that same night someone else took a shower in the other bathroom. All of a sudden water started dripping from the ceiling in the kitchen (ALOT). We could follow the ceiling in the direction of the drips towards the bathroom downstairs. So that’s when I determined the previous water on the floor was from the other bathroom. I called maintenance immediately and got a quick response. Which I very much appreciated. Was concerned for the owners that there was a big problem for them. Was given an explanation for this and had no more problems. Still think the owners need to check on this issue so they don’t have a bigger problem in the future. I have to apologize for our trash issue I did not see my email about calling when trash containers were full till the holiday. Please accept my apologies. Unbelievable the trash my family can create. Hope we left your place in good condition. We loved it very much and plan to come BACK!!! Thank you n god bless!!

The cabin was clean and had basic supplies including linen and kitchen supplies. Appliances worked including the hot tub. There was minor damage to blinds and furniture like missing handles to some drawers. The yard and pool were clean and maintained. The restrooms at the pool were closed due to water issues. We enjoyed our time together.

This cabin was perfect for our family of 10. Great location and easy to access. Located close to the pool and playground. The cabin was very clean and the free attraction passes were a great added bonus.

Size (bedrooms) of the cabin for our group was doable. The cabin was fully stocked in the kitchen. Would suggest more starting trash bags. Close to Sevierville to get groceries or restaurants. Suggestions: cleaning the large picture window. Door to the bathroom from main bedroom sticks badly. Update your light fixtures. Have cleaning crew go around the outside & pick up trash. We picked up 1/2 dozen beer bottles in the bushes. We would stay there again.

We enjoyed our cabin. We did have some heating problems with the furnace but they quickly got someone out and by the next morning it was fixed. There was some delay with the trash pickup. But was able to get it picked up the next day. Our overall stay was good and all of the staff was nice and friendly!

Incredible location, roomy, comfortable

The cabin fulfilled all our needs. The only drawback was no pantry in the kitchen to store food items. We were 5 couples so we appreciated the 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms so everyone had privacy. The location was very close to everything but, yet, we felt we were away from everything. I would recommend this cabin.

This cabin was awesome. We had plenty of space, the cabin had everything we needed and was in a fantastic location. If you are looking for a great cabin....you cannot go wrong with this one.

With that said, I also must say the service is far from what I expected. This cabin feels like some corporation owns it and only cares about the bottom line. We called for trash service like they asked. We had three bags of trash. I then asked are there anymore trash bags? They responded with yes but you need to purchase them from us. Really! I guess we tried to overlook the fact that there is absolutely zero amenities in the house. Nothing other than the bare minimum. We were willing to over look that. However, when we asked for trash bags you told us to buy them from you. That is horrible customer service. Also, not showing up to even pick up the trash is bad customer service as well.

There was feces in the children's beds, the refrigerator was leaking water, bar stool was broken, and toilet flushing lever was broken. Overall cleanliness was below average. Reading the requirements that we had to meet and penalties that we would have had to pay, it bothers me that we have no recourse when you did not provide what we paid for.

The rental property was amazing. Aside from the trash service not picking up the next day we had no issues with anything.
