We do an annual golf trip to Elephant Rocks and me and a few buddies from work spent a long weekend here in late September 2023. Everything from the booking, house and accommodations were awesome. The house is very spacious and comfortable. There's also a nice patio with a grill that we enjoyed during the cool mornings and beautiful nights. Communication with the Hosts was excellent and I look forward to staying at this property for years to come!

The home was as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfy. Plenty of linens for bathrooms. Our contact was very accessible and answered any questions we had in a timely manner.

Host's management company very responsive and helpful, and local. Our work trip got a lot done and we had this wonderful property to come back to every night, highly recommend! The three car garage really suited our needs. Laundry and kitchen great for a big group. Recently constructed home, and everything worked great. We had one night where the online thermostat reverted to "away" mode and the temperature inside the house dropped to 62 degrees while we slept, but we reported it and the property manager fixed it same day! Good speed and stable WiFi Internet once the manager replaced a faulty modem through CenturyLink. Critical to our business and much appreciated! Would stay again, great management company!

The house is well furnished and the beds were extremely comfortable. Our group of 6 all slept comfortably and enjoyed cooking breakfast in the fully furnished kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet and is in a great location. We spent most of our time away from the house sightseeing, but you can tell the owners thought of as much as possibly for everyone who might stay there. We would definitely stay there again if we ever return!

Stayed at this perfect spot in Williams. New home had everything we needed. Just minutes away from the quaint town and the Grand Canyon Railroad. We truly enjoyed our stay!

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home for two nights starting April1-April3, 2023. The home was perfect and even better than described. It was very clean, in a great neighborhood and large enough where we had a comfy area to ourselves, if needed. It also had large areas in the living room and dining areas where we could spend time together to eat and play games. This home was close to the Williams coaster and mountain tubing, Grand Canyon Deer Farm and Bearizona which were the activities we visited. My grandson wants to go back already so we may plan another trip to Williams and stay at this house again!

This place was great! It was very clean, had very comfy beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and even Dove products (shampoo/conditioner/body wash) in the bathrooms! The owner was very responsive to our questions, and I would definitely stay here again!

Had a good experience at a beautiful home. The garage door was not working and we had some issues with wifi connection. We would lose the connection from time to time. Overall our experience we good, the home is very upscale and beautiful. It is fully stocked with everything a person can think of.

I can’t say enough about this property. Accommodated our party of 8 really well. Plenty of seating, plenty of eating space, well stocked kitchen, games for the family, and very comfortable! The beds were extremely comfortable. This is a big one for us. We love our bed at home so when we travel it’s always a nice find to stay somewhere where the beds are comfortable, and the sheets were fantastic. 10/10 on cleanliness. The home is new, well kept, great layout, perfect for families to hang out. The owners and property manager were extremely responsive, easy to work with. The last day we were there we had a tremendous amount of snow fall. We have 4x4 but our son in law doesn’t. We were sure we could get him out. The property manager showed up ready to help us dig him out if needed. Amazing service! We love the Williams area and so we are grateful me found this gem. We will be back.

Very clean and great location to stay for the Polar Express

My family and I (6 of us) stayed here for the Polar Express and other local attractions for a quick getaway. The home is located in a golf course community that is upscale for the area. Only 5 minutes tops to get to the train station and downtown. We saw dear every day driving to and from our daily adventures in the neighborhood forrest, golf course, etc. The home is very nice, very clean and very new. It was perfect for our quick vacation.

This home had all the little extras! There are games, laundry detergent, 2 hair dryers, spices, well stocked pantry for cooking . The beds were wonderful! We all slept great! My husband and myself, another couple and my mother thoroughly enjoyed this home. Super clean. The seating was great for everyone to sit around and play games after a day of exploring. We went to the Canyon, chocolate falls, Bearizona,Kaibab National forest and exploring in Town. Williams was only 5-10 minute drive away with great places to eat. We all loved this beautiful home, centrally located to town and all of our excursions! Would highly recommend!!

We all enjoyed our time. The home was well appointed. The kitchen was nicely equipped with everything we needed including a gas BBQ on the patio. I loved the openness of the living area with plenty of light throughout. Love to come back and bring my wife sometime soon. Great stay!

We, four retired educators, rented this beautiful house as a way to have access to the Grand Canyon Railroad. We were surprised at what a cool town Williams was and spent a day just wondering the streets and visiting the shops. The house was well stocked with kitchen essentials and anything you would need to make your stay comfortable. IT IS A BEAUTIFUL HOME. The beds were comfortable and all the bathrooms were well stocked and plenty of towels. There were plenty of paper products to replace if needed as well as abundant plates and silverware as well as glassware to make your stay comfortable. The use of a garage is a huge plus that one does not always get with a VRBO and we were so thankful. The staff was willing and responsive at any small concern that we had….and responded very quickly. It was an outstanding experience and the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. Thanks for the good work in keeping it in such good shape! I will recommend it to friends in the future.

This home is spectacular! From the moment we entered and enjoyed that “new house” smell until taking our reluctant departure, Aaron’s place exceeded our expectations. First ,the house itself is beautifully designed with a vaulted ceiling in the spacious living room. It’s much bigger than the pictures can show. The master suite was like a complete apartment and all of the bedding was super comfy with high quality sheets (I’m picky about linens!) All of the televisions are state of the art and we were able to sign in to streaming services which is a plus. The kitchen had everything we needed and there is a supermarket within a five-minute drive. We would definitely recommend this house if you want a tranquil getaway. Don’t miss the best pies ever at Pine Country Restaurant in town, or the gorgeous lake with a walking trail at nearby Buckskinner Park.

Our group was the first guests to stay in this newly built home in a quiet golf course neighborhood. The house was modern and beautiful with all the bells and whistles one could desire. Beds were very comfortable. Living space was more than wonderful for our group to gather. Our host Aaron was outstanding! His communication to us regarding the home and our satisfaction was flawless and much appreciated. Would highly recommend !
