This house was exactly what we were looking for! It was nicely decorated and spacious - with 12 adults we never felt crowded. Though there were plenty of amenities (you don't even have to leave the property) it was just a short walk into town or to the beach.

We stayed here for a bachelorette and it was the perfect house! Super close to downtown and the beach and the pool was the perfect spot for us to all hang out. House was very spacious and clean and the host was always responsive and helpful!

Beautiful pool and house was perfect for a large family.

We did have a good time after a rough start-
1. 5 day old Chinese food with flys and smell greeted us at front door. If cleaning people had been there, why would they discard that?
2. Pool dirty (was remedied fast)
3. A/C must have been off - musty smell upon arrival (it did go away)
4. My wife had to wash all towels and bedding for many hours the first day. There was prior renters hair in the towels
5. All pool cues had no tips so we could not play pool / billiards
6. Ping pong table had no legs on it so kids could not play ping pong
7. Hair in the shower on the wall from prior renter,
8. Finger prints on all doors and windows. General cleanliness was a concern. Seems like the cleaning people aren’t doing a great job.
All else was ok. However, when spending $4k for 3.5 days, we would not expect some of these issues.

The property was very nice and the owners were very responsive to all of our questions and requests. We really enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach and other bar areas down the street.

Walking distance from Marina & Beach. We rented this 6 bedroom 4 bath house for our sailing team, Leading Edge. Really enjoyed the room. But, most of all the camaraderie we had in the heated pool. The temperature was perfectly warm. After a long race day, it was relaxing place to hang with the team. We WON the Wirth Monroe Race & we won on this house We would definitely consider staying here again…

This property has a great layout and ample room for a large family gathering. We enjoyed the pool and the games that were provided. However, we were not stocked with adequate supplies - fewer towels and sheets than were promised, no shampoo/conditioner for one of the bathrooms. One shower curtain had visible mildew on it. The televisions did not work and the garbage disposal was broken upon arrival. Both of these issues were promptly addressed but required several hours of repair in the home which was not ideal . The kitchen was not well stocked - broken and/or low quality pots/pats, one bowl, etc. This made cooking for a large group very challenging. I think if some of these fundamental issues were resolved, it could be a wonderful place to stay.

We had a group of 12 and this was a fantastic space. Plenty of rooms, comfy beds and a wonderful outdoor space. Walking distance to the beach. Highly recommend!

This property was cute and laid out well. House has all the necessities and more. On a busy street careful when turning in. The pool and outside areas are awesome. Property managers accommodated our flight cancellations and delays we were thankful for that.

Thank you for an awesome stay! My family and I had an amazing time. We loved our stay, we never wanted to leave. The pool, outdoor patio area, and pool table were all very nice features. We had a blast! 1st of many family vacations! Communication with property manager was excellent. Very responsive and I appreciate it!

After searching for a place to stay that will accommodate 8 people I ran across this home. I was skeptical about it because there were only 1 review of the home. When I reached out to reserve the home it was all to easy and the communication was great, so I'm thinking something must be wrong with the home. When we arrived and entered the home the entire party was not disappointed at all. I did an early check-in so I could prepare for the guests and am glad I did so. I wish I had did the late check-out since everyone wanted to stay longer. This place is awesome!! Thanks Matt.

Great house and location
We had a really great time at this property, It was perfect for a large group needing lots of beds. The house was perfect for hanging around, in fact, we abandoned some of our plans after seeing how nice it was and the amazing pool, and spend an afternoon there instead of the beach. The beach and main area, are just a small walk away
