The place was very near to Anjuna beach. It was a comfortable, quite hostel. Me and my friend enjoyed our time there. The restaurant area is great.

At Funky Monkey in Anjuna, solo but never alone, I felt welcomed into nature’s embrace with the deepest gratitude. Each rain-kissed morning, as I sipped chai in the outdoor common area, I was met by birdsong and fresh, earthy air—a simple yet profound joy. The daily activities, from sip and paint to beer pong, were gifts of laughter and connection, turning strangers into friends effortlessly. Guided by hosts who generously shared Goa’s hidden gems, from hilltop sunrises to each evening’s easy camaraderie, I’m thankful for every moment. Funky Monkey offered a home where nature, friendship, and joy unfolded perfectly, leaving my heart full.

Fantastic hostel! I've spent close to two years living in hostels and this one is among the best I've been to. Great hangout area, really nice staff and always a great vibe. The food was delicious, especially the chicken burger. If you're here to drink i highly recommend having the eight finger local beer, delicious IPA. Scooters exist for good prices at the hostel and if they are all rented there are two places just outside the door that have more for rent. The location is close to all the major parties and famous beaches! With a scooter you can also easily get to Arambol and surrounding beaches (very well worth day trip). Beds were really comfy. I stayed for a week and will never forget this place!

Sadly there were some issues with the wifi which could be improved.

The people were very nice and it was so close to Anjuna beach. Tvsa, if I spelled that correctly, was super great too and helped me out whenever I needed, she’s the best!

Great location, nice spacious room, delicious food at the restaurant

Food was really nice. Location is near to the beach. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Scooty is available for rent at the property.

Washroom was not getting cleaned up daily.Wi-Fi connection is very poor in the room. Phone had no signal at the property. Had to go out for making a call. Place is quite remote so no shops available for daily needs or medicines.
