Esta casa de vacaciones tan agradable en York lo pone todo a tu alcance. El alojamiento dispone de aparcamiento en las instalaciones, así que olvídate de tu vehículo y da un paseo hasta York Minster y York Theatre Royal. Si te apetece ampliar tus horizontes y conocer lugares cercanos, estarás a 10 min a pie de la Estación de tren de York y a 10 min de la York (QQY-Estación de tren de York), de modo que coger el tren te resultará muy sencillo.
En este alojamiento, podrás relajarte en el jardín o tomarte algo en el porche o patio.
Aprovecha para preparar una comida casera: dispones de placa de cocina, frigorífico y lavavajillas, además de microondas, utensilios de cocina y tostadora. El cuarto de baño incluye un secador de pelo y toallas. No necesitarás llevarte mucho equipaje, porque hay una secadora.

In my opinion, Precentors Court could not be better located for a long weekend in York. It sits in a quiet street, surrounded by other period properties, is a stone’s throw from York Minster and the wonderful narrow streets of the city centre. There are also numerous eateries a few minutes walk away.
Bedrooms are a decent size, the master generous with sash windows front and rear. Bathroom is well appointed and comfortable - as well as the shower, there’s a separate roll top bath.
Sunny weather enabled us to enjoy the courtyard garden. In all, we had a great stay!

The location of this property is simply amazing! We were gobsmacked and feel very lucky to have found it! Set in the shadow of the Minster, it is a short walk to almost anywhere in central York - but still very quiet in the house (except for the church bells). Everything we could have needed was there. Note that the house is spread over four floors, which we thought only added to its charm… Winner, winner!

This is a lovely spacious and quiet property, literally just next to York Minster. There is a lovely private terrace, with views of the tower of The Minster. It is delightful.

We were staying during Christmas and the house was decorated for the purpose (thank you!).
The location is splendid, it couldn't be more central and peaceful at the same time. It was very convenient for each of us to shop for gifts.
You can hear the Minster bells between 8am and 8pm, but I found it charming and created quite a Christmas atmosphere.
The house is very traditional, charming, and well decorated. It's spacious and very comfortable.
The weather didn't allow us to use the terrace, but I believe it would be quite pleasant during the Spring / Summer.
I believe I will stay here again on my next visit to York!

Beautiful old house just down side street from York Minster. Was handy to be so central with the pre Xmas market crowds. We could return to the house to chill before going out again. Our party consisted of four adults and two children and everything suited to what we needed. Beautifully furnished with plenty of glasses, cups, plates etc. Would definitely recommend for larger group of people. We had to arrive in two cars, and only one with parking was allowed a few minutes away from the property. My husband had to enlist the help of a local resident to be sure he parked in the allocated bay. Believe it could be marked clearer. The only other thing to mention was the heating was on very low when we arrived and the property spreading over such an area took quite a while to heat up.

We could not be more happy with our accommodation at Precentors Court! The rooms were spacious and very clean and also very comfortable. The location was superior and only a short walk to everything the City of York has to offer! I will definitely look to stay here again.

Excellent property, beautifully furnished and presented. I shouldn't think you can find a better location, 20 seconds walk from the Minster but completely quiet. A perfect holiday rental for a 70th birthday celebration!

Our family enjoyed a magical at this beautiful property. The photos do not do it justice. We were welcomed with fresh baked goodies and all of the necessities to begin our stay. There was even a crate of Christmas goodies waiting for us in the lounge. Our family will cherish the memories of our stay. Thank you!

We loved our stay here. The house is in a prime position and very clean with lovely bed linen and extra touches. Beautifully decorated. Very easy to pull up and unload, then parking is a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again. A coat hook in the hall or kitchen would have been useful. Absolutely lovely house for a family with teenagers, lots of space for all of us.

An absolute gem
We stayed for three nights across the bank holiday weekend, having previously lived in the centre of York a few years ago. This is a beautifully appointed house on probably the most exclusive street in York and is central to all that York has to offer whilst being very private. The only thing to be mindful of is that the Minster bells are loud and regular, but they stop for c 12 hours from 8pm. We’d be keen to stay again.

Excellent house in a great location
We stayed in the house on the Easter weekend. House is beautifully done and very well looked after. Nice spacious rooms, large kitchen, beautiful and clean bathroom, with two leaving rooms (one equipped with toys) and a small garden. Location is amazing, everywhere is walking distance, York Minster is 1 minute away, dining and shopping streets around the corner. Absolutely wonderful stay, recommend this house wholeheartedly!
