The house worked perfectly for two families with teens. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Kitchen was large and well appointed. Close walk to the beach and ocean views from the living room, deck and upstairs bedrooms. Property management was responsive and super helpful when we left something behind. Overall a great place to stay!

Property is in a choice location, just a few steps from the beach. The house is large and roomy and fit our 8 people very well. A large deck with view is nice as well. Would stay here again. Thanks Paul for making it available.

We used the Beach House Getaway as our "basecamp" for a large family reunion. The private suites allowed for easy and private accommodations for extended family that doesn't necessarily want to share bedrooms or bathrooms.
The house location cannot be beat. Steps from the state park and beach access, massive deck to enjoy the outdoors and enjoy the beach.
The kitchen is well appropriated without being cluttered allowing you to unpack your supplies easily. Kids toys and kites were a big hit too!
Everyone in my family plans to book this place for future trips, it was just perfect.

My wife and I, and our adult children and grandchildren stayed here over a weekend. The home is beautiful and spacious. Its well equipped for meals, coffee, etc. The kids toy selection. was appreciated by my grandchildren. The location is right next to the beach and very close of drive-on beach access and the towns of Moclips and Seabrook. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. Guests are asked to remove shoes at the front door so bring your warm slippers if your from warmer climates like Arizona :-)

Three families including 6 adults and 2 16-year olds thoroughly enjoyed our four-nght stay at this spacious, well-equipped, comfortable home close to the beach. Started with a stroll through the Saturday market and found some fun purchases. Teens enjoyed renting e-bikes and skim boards. We enjoyed everything in the house including the grill and outdoor deck, great library of books, explicit instructions throughout, well stocked kitchen. Really everything!

Great rental property with the most amazing views. The four spacious bedrooms each have their own bathroom and views of the beach. We left open our bedroom window and woke up to the sounds of the crashing waves. The location is prime to the beach and to the small town shops. You can walk to either within minutes. The interior space is set up with large open spaces that accommodate groups of people. The house was clean and worked great for our group.
My only complaint was the wifi. It wasn’t working when we arrived and the property manager was quick to work on it the second day. When it was finally working, it was snail speed and we couldn’t actually work or pull up the kids’ school work. We ended up at the coffee shop which had high speed WiFi and delicious coffee. This wouldn’t deter us from staying here again though. Will definitely stay again as we come to Pacific Beach a few times a year.

This large house was perfect for our office staff gathering. Everyone enjoyed the spacious house, beautiful ocean view, gorgeous sunsets, and quiet evenings. Being only a mile from Seabrook allowed us to do a little shopping without having to contend with its crowd afterward.

We had 3 adults & 3 kids (2 littles and a teen) staying at the property, it was wonderful! Fully stocked, spacious, a bathroom in every bedroom and steps from the ocean… you cannot go wrong!

We enjoyed our stay at this beach house. It was comfortable for everyone. The bedrooms are very spacious and it was a real plus that each room had its own bathroom. The beach was just a few minutes walk across the street. Our family went to the beach twice daily. The kids had a great time playing on the beach. We look forward to staying at this house again.

The hosts were responsive and available for questions - they even helped me when I left something behind. Above and beyond in every way. We loved this Beach House Getaway! Paul's house was perfect for our group. Two families with young children 6-8 years old. Each bedroom had a bathroom which was nice. Paul was an excellent host. He kept the coffee, bagles, cookies, drinks and snacks stocked each morning. He was there to greet us and gave us our space too. He is a caring kind, hospitable host and the care and attention to detail (beach bags with towels and beach blankets, snacks, drinks) was unprecedented. We really enjoyed our stay at his house. The morning walk on the beach was wonderful since the house is so close. Big windows allow you to see the ocean and gives the house a lovely ambiance. Just a very pleasant experience overall! Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing time.

Beautiful Beach Home! Loved it!
What a incredible visit our family had to Pacific Beach. Staying at Paul’s home made our vacation complete. Three master suites, our two children has their own room with their own private bathroom. His home could easily hosts so many more! We will be bringing more next time!
Paul made sure all amenities were perfect and made sure we were all comfortable during our stay. He even had a continental breakfast for us. Our children lived on the beach and Paul made sure towels, buckets to build sand castles, and everything was ready. Not to mention family games once’s the sun went down.
Paul’s a gracious host and we would highly recommend this VBRO above any. Location is perfect! Thanks Paul for going above and beyond! It’s a trip our family will never forget!
