We enjoyed staying the place of Mr. David. Very accessible to everything like malls restaurants

Owner not flexible No place to leave luggages even for an hour or two once you come out from the property. Washing machine is provided but no place to dry clothes once washed Television in the property doesnt even have local channels. Only have youtube. You need to have your own netflix account to use it Its dusty and cluttered underneath the bed

Francisco was accommodating and very responsive to my texts. The location is very accessible to both taxis and MRT. Vast option of restaurants nearby too, I mean 1-2mins walk. If I ever go back to Manila I will book at the same property again. Thanks for the stay, Sir Francisco!

New unit and comfortable Wifi signal is good

Thin foam mattress, can feel the steel base during sleeping No toiletries provided apart from bar soup, bring your own one TV signal is poor

The unit is spacious and clean. Has the basic cooking tools.

The dinning table is just good for 2 persons. If you are a group of 3 or more you might want to use the sofa bed as your chair. Also, the internet wifi is not that good. If you are travelling for work that might need a connection, that will be a problem.

The place was clean and easy access to everywhere for us since it's near to every place we need to go too...
