Everything was perfect about our stay for a multi-generational family getaway. The house is in a great neighborhood with shopping and restaurants nearby. The house is very spacious, which was perfect for gathering everyone together. The pool was big and a perfect temperature. We visited in early March and paid the extra fee to have it heated, which was well worth it as the pool was the highlight for the kids in our family. There is a nice dock over the lake. There are fish in the lake, we didn’t have any luck but we saw people around us catching fish. There is a nice walking/hiking trail right around the corner from the house and the neighborhood itself is great for walks and bike rides. The property manager has also done a great job providing some extra conveniences. There are plenty of bathroom and pool towels, plenty of places to charge devices, extra linens, and labeled kitchen cabinets. It is also really nice that the garage is empty so we could park our cars in the garage. We would definitely stay here again on future trips to the Phoenix area.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. We were traveling as a family to celebrate my dad's 90th birthday and be in the area for the Super Bowl. We rented 3 houses to give all 22 of us places to sleep. This house worked really well for our family meals - giving us a large kitchen and plenty of seating indoors and out. The house was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. We even took the boat out on the lake and had a nice cruise in the afternoon. Having 2 large fridges, plus a wine fridge gave us lots of places to store our food and drinks. We really were very happy with this house. Worked out really well with the large outside area on the lake. The host was responsive and accommodating - allowing us to check in early on the first day to do a little meal prep, etc.. Everything was great. Would rent again.

Arrived to a wedding gift and card for our son & his bride from the home owner, need I say more : ) Perfect accomodations from booking to checking out and everything in between!! Merry Christmas & looking forward to another stay in the Happy New Year!!

The house was very nice and spacious, very open with several areas to gather to visit with family and have meals. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with kitchen implements and had plenty of supplies. The location was super convenient and close to anything we wanted or needed. Yet the setting felt very private and was beautiful, with the backyard pool and lake and surrounding area providing a great place to commemorate my father’s 90th birthday!

Property was beautiful, pool was perfect, and the lake was an extra treat. Very relaxing!
