This is misleading advertisement to the travelers which "Family" are welcome. We checked very details on booking.com descriptions, we are Family, Father, Mother & a Son. Our son is a Student. However, Parents are NOT allowed to stay on this property. It caused us big trouble when we check in, the reception staff told us, We cannot stay in Crown Place because Parents are not Students. Meanwhile, we are not the first ones who wrongly booked this property! Why Booking.com not mentioned on your platform, which states ALL customers MUST be students!!!! Even parents MUST be a student then can stay in this property! Finally, our son stay in Crown Place, so parents need to find another air bnb! Family cannot stay at same accommodation! Separated! We are disappointed! So worst Holidays!

Very nice condition - A range of facilities available, staff friendly, good location in city. Easy fob key given which didn’t give me any problems.

I couldn’t find it at first at all - It was in a different location to where it said on maps. Bed sheets felt dirty as they were very gritty, towel very cheap, maybe room could be slightly more decorative as was very clinical. Kitchen very dirty and fridge smelt, bins over flowing as soon as I got there and this did not change.

The location was very good and near restaurants and supermarkets.

The common kitchen was super dirty, and not in a hygienic condition to be used. I had to eat out everyday. The corridor was full of dust and the windows full of cobwebs and bird droppings. Reception staff on weekends are security staff only. They didn't explain anything to me and whatever I asked, they told me to ask on Monday when the offices are open.

internal doors are set to slam shut-soften the closing mechanism would eliminate the banging; soundproof is minimum as can hear neigbour's chatter in evening-not a complaint of the neighbour, they were not loud.

My room was nice and there were lots of facilities like the gym and study spaces. It was a very handy location right in the city centre. They let me check in late and provided some kitchenware and towels. The price felt reasonable overall.

There were stairs between my room and the kitchen which weren't mentioned, I am disabled and this made it hard for me to use the facilities. The bin storage is smelly and a long way from the rooms. There wasn't a bin provided in my room and when I arrived the door lock was broken and I had to wait for it to be repaired.
