Big house

Be careful. The owner has cameras all over the place, the entrance, the swimming pool area. It checks how many people are in the house, what are you doing. In the house was my son with seven friends. Cypriot. The owner is local and he gets in the house with out warning.

Its a very spacious villa with everything you need inside. Mr Kyriakos called us from the beginning to ask if we needed anything. He run to bring us one key for a door aside the pool which wasnt so necessary anyway but it was very much appreciated. He even offered us the villa for another day free of charge because he didnt have other clients next day. I will definitely visit it again.

Great place!

The title Luxury Villa describes actually is a precise title for what we have experienced. We got the keys easy, no delay at all. The owner was kind he even had ready a box of charcoals because I told him I will use the bbq. Totally great services there, totally best location around amenities like coffee shops supermarkets, pharmacy, beach, 15 mins from Agia Napa. Quality bed mattresses was extremely comfortable. Swimming Pool was awesome. Ideal place for family vacation. Ideal place for Bachelor party for serious men though.

Nothing

Lovely, spacious villa with nice sized, clean rooms. Lovely pool and bbq area. Plenty of seating areas. Had everything we needed for our stay. Good location with shops, bars etc and walking distance to the beach.

Our only issue was the roadworks and construction that was going on outside the villa spoiled it a little bit and was dusty but not enough to affect our stay.
