Para cambiar un poco, entra dentro y ponte a prueba jugando al tenis de mesa, o disfruta del wifi gratis, de la televisión por satélite o cable y del reproductor de DVD.

The property accommodated our family well. There were enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone. Close to restaurants, beach and grocery store. The pool was nice but very cold, a minor complaint but something that would
have made the stay a home run all around.

This home was exactly as described and pictured! The house was clean and is clearly well cared for. Super easy walk to the beach, easy access to the trolley and very convenient location for groceries, eating, etc. We had a great stay!

We enjoyed a lovely stay at Jennifer's place. The listing was as described and we enjoyed the balcony facing the pool every morning with our coffee cups. It is worth noting that the bbq was not cleaned but the pool was impeccably managed and heated! The pool heat was especially appreciated as we had a child that adores swimming and spent many hours poolside. The loungers in the back were lovely to sit in. We put the beach wagon and beach items to good use throughout our trip.
This location is excellent. We walked to the shops without needing to use our car, and could walk to nearby restaurants and amenities with ease. If I had one recommendation it would be to look at the downtime of switch over day to be less as a 10 am check out felt rushed, and a 4 pm check in had us waiting down the street watching the clock.
I would recommend staying with Jennifer for her incredible communication and response to any concerns we had.

We had a wonderful week visiting AMI and this house is in the middle of everything. We could easily go to the north end of south end of the island from this location. It’s close to shopping and food. The beach is nearby. If you want a quiet beach area and not the public beach, it’s worth going a few extra blocks we discovered. The house was clean and quaint. The host checked in with us and was responsive to requests. Overall great stay and relaxing trip.

The house was as advertised and had everything we needed to make it a wonderful week at the beach. The pool was fantastic for our young children and the fully stocked closet of beach toys was a big hit as well. The host was very helpful and attentive in communicating everything we needed to know before and during our stay. She also went out of her way to add some very thoughtful personal touches which really made us feel welcome. Overall this is an outstanding property for a beach vacation and would recommend it to anyone looking to visit the area.

Since I rented this lovely 3 Bedroom/3 Bathroom home for a whole month, I shared it with different groups of people. We all enjoyed the house, pool, the beach and local attractions. We attended Circus Sarasota, went out in clear lighted kayaks from 7-9 pm, shopped Pine Ave and Bradenton Beach, attended a Pirate baseball game in Bradenton, played Trivia at Decoy Ducks every Tuesday night, and enjoyed many ice cream cones!

This condo was exactly as described in the listing., absolutely clean from top to bottom. The kitchen was better equipped than my own home, and provided everything you could possibly need, beach equipment, extra blankets, comfortable living area, amazing bed linens and mattresses. And so many others, too many to mention. Best of all, when you can’t survive without it, was the Wifi, worked for everyone without any problems. I’ve never felt so welcome as I did upon arrival, we found a nice little greeting card, a bottle of champagne, and a basket of snacks. Wow! Owners went above and beyond to make this the most perfect vacation experience and if you need anything, they are only a phone call away. Quick response and willing to help in in any way. We gather for a family Christmas vacation every year, and have been coming to the island for over 20 years. This was our favorite home by far. We appreciated the sacrifices you made to afford us another amazing vacation to Anna Maria Island.
