Great clean house in a quiet neighborhood. The neighborhood is in transition, but quiet. House is on a one way street that cut down traffic noise. Great porch to sit on for coffee. Well appointed kitchen. Hosts supplied enough paper products and towels/clean linens for the stay. Overall a lovely stay.

This house is super cute and has plenty of room to spread out! The neighborhood was quiet especially being pretty much down the street from the Capitol building. We would absolutely stay here again!

We came in for a church conference at First Pentecostal Church of North Little Rock. The location was perfect. The neighborhood seems to be in a transition as many are updating homes but neighborhood is very quiet. Home is beautifully and tastefully decorated and I honestly could have never left! Good job property owner. We will be back!!!

House had been updated, but the attention to details very lacking. Front rug on porch rolled halfway up, broken Christmas tree still up in the living room, rug in dining room lifting up so I kept tripping, the one light on the bathroom was as dim as a nightlight, only 3 rolls of toilet paper for a party of 4 for entire weekend, back porch covered in leaves, yard not mowed, I had to reach out to host for check in information, never received wifi info, etc…. If that doesn’t bother you it would be a great crash pad.

The house was well stocked with appliances and amenities for our stay in Little Rock. It was a great home base while we explored the city and surrounding areas. I would recommend moving the tv into the larger living room as we needed more seating. Also adding some tables into the back TV room. We really enjoyed our stay and the host was quick to reply if I had a question. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends to book here.

We came in on a weekend for a concert. Property was easy to find and on a one way street which kept the traffic down and therefore the road noise down. It was suprisingly quiet to be in the middle of the city like that. Beds were comfortable, and it had everything we needed for our stay. The shared parking on the left side of the house was not easily accessed due to cars being there when we arrived. Overall we loved our stay!

The house was great for us. Good kitchen, dining area and living room. Beds were comfortable. However it definitely needs some quick easy fixes.

Lovely for the most part. Very comfortable beds and nice linens. Spacious. Quiet Well appointed. I did like this little craftsman style house. Extremely convenient to the Med Center.
I do have some suggestions for improving the experience.
There is one main bathroom on lower floor and the lighting is substandard. Very difficult to shave or put on makeup. I don’t believe there is a full length mirror or I couldn’t find it.

This home has it all: vintage cottage charm, meets modern tasteful furnishings and decorations in an incredibly roomy home near everything Little Rock has to offer. The hosts are super responsive! You won’t want to leave this place. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you!

We had an issue with our stay, but the managers responded extremely fast and quickly took care of the issue. The house newly remodeled, very cute and clean. They even set up a christmas tree for us, since we were there with family to celebrate our Christmas!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is nicely redone and very well appointed. The backyard is private, with a nice deck. Restaurants, supermarkets, etc are abundant. We highly recommend.
