Decoración, encanto y comodidad

La décoration et la maison sont très belles, surtout le jardin privatif. L’accueil de la dame était très agréable. Résidence privée et très sécurisée. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Le check-in / check-out un peu compliqué, et les passages d’avions au dessus de l’appartement. Comme il n’y a pas de climatisation, nous dormons les fenêtres ouvertes.

Ottimo appartamento nuovissimo e pulito in una zona tranquilla di Santa Cruz de Tenerife (circa 2 km dal centro). Check-in automatico, parcheggio interno. Appartamento molto spazioso con giardino esterno (peccato per le mura alte che non rendono accessibile la vista all'esterno del giardino). Lo consiglio! L'host lascia una bottiglia di vino come benvenuto.

Mancava olio, sale, aceto e una scopa (nel caso si dovesse spazzare). Cose che comunque non hanno influito sull'esperienza in questo appartamento.

very good value for this price. the apartment has a bedroom with a large and comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom, there is enough space and wardrobes in the apartment to fit and unpack freely. a huge plus is the private parking, in the capital it's hard to park. the garden with sun loungers and a high fence provides a super private rest.

the only thing I missed was a large broom or vacuum cleaner ;)

Beautiful garden, well kept. Beautiful place to relax. Nice suntrap. Very peaceful. Good parking. Very private and safe. Nice area. The interior was fabulous, clean and good space. We had everything we needed. Great value for money. Ideally suited for someone with a car.

No condiments e.g. oil salt and pepper. The online check in wasn't that straight forward but got us sorted.

Apartment was not really clean, not only usual stuff like clean floors you’d expect, but in general as well.

we were happy that we had parking as parking in Santa cruise was difficult unless you used paying underground carpark . Was a good 20 minutes downhill walk to get into Santa Cruz and tough walking back up the hill but there are local buses and the tram comes half way up . Nothing to complain about with apartment at all , was fab .

The apartment is a separate part of the house, where the owner also lives. It is located on the first floor and has its entrance. There is a spacious beautiful courtyard with a small table where you can savor food and drinks while enjoying the beauty of the flowering plants. The owner is a friendly and nice woman who respects the privacy of her guests. We only saw her once during our stay. The apartment looks brand new. It is well-furnished inside and looks stylish. You will find everything you need there for an extended stay. It is spacious and well-decorated. The bed is big and comfortable. The best way to get there is by car. It is possible to park the car in the front yard. Unfortunately, you will have to find a parking spot on the street before you check in, which is not as easy as it may seem. Once you check in, you'll get a remote control that will open the gate to the courtyard. There is also an option to get there by public transportation. However, in this case, you will have to walk a little bit. We liked the apartment and would recommend it for a long or short stay in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Our only regret was not being able to stay there longer as we had a return flight from Tenerife.

There’s a small drawback which is not directly related to the property that is the process of check-in. We as guests were had to contact someone via WhatsApp to receive instructions which could have easily been sent via confirmation during the booking. People might not find it convenient if not having Internet connection or a WhatsApp account.
