I enjoyed the view! It was nice and clean and Mark was willing to respond to messages quickly and offered assistance if needed. Everything I needed for a week's stay.

as it turned out, all the things we wanted to do were a short walk straight down to the beach. it put us at the north end of waikiki at the army museum t fort dubussey, happy hour mai tais and corn chowder at monkeypod, fireworks in front of barefoot bar near by the hilton hawaiian village, hula dancing at the outdoor park in front of wyland gallery. walking w a cane i was able to do it all. took "the bus" for pearl harbor and iloloni palace, diamondhead, ect. easy! fell in love with " the cream pot" for breakfast!

Property was good for what I needed it for, visiting my mom at Arcadia - especially for the price. The condo was convenient and within walking distance to all the places I needed to be. It had all the amenities needed for my stay. Building is an older building, but in very good condition. Would definitely stay here again! I used the valet parking for one night, the rest of the time, I Uber'd or walked.

I was disapointed with overall old fashioned and outdated appearance of apartment/studio. Pictures did not reflect what it was in reality. Even though it was clean property Was outdated. Bed was so small and in bad condition. No balcony to speak of. Tv was definetely a challenge. So hard to navigate . Whole place needs to be updated Unfortunately would not stay there again

It was lovely staying at this property. We loved that there was a good kitchen to make the odd meal. We had breakfast in everyday. Great location. Close enough to walk everywhere - yet far enough away to get some peace and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Loved it

The property is exactly as described. We had a wonderful stay; it was comfortable, clean, quiet, and had many useful features including access to laundry facilities. It is also well located: close to shops etc., but has the benefit of being on a quieter side-street. We would not hesitate to recommend this property.

This was my first time staying in a VRBO property in Hawaii. Everything was seamless. Instructions were clear. The Royal Garden staff were helpful in getting checked in. Room was clean and low-key. Location was great if you want to be close to the action but separated enough. Everything in Waikiki is within walking distance. Enjoyed my stay.

Staff at hotel were very nice and helpful. Room was comfortable and spacious. Quiet besides traffic noise.

Convenient to everything

This was a great spot to enjoy Paradise! Very clean, and looks just as pictured. Located in a quiet area near Fort DeRussy Park, but still close to Friday night’s fireworks and beach. Not far to shopping and restaurants. Royal Garden staff is super friendly. It was very handy to have laundry available.

This unit was awesome, clean and centrally located in a great neighborhood with just a quick walk to the beach! Easy checkin, friendly staff and a clean apartment made this a great stay. We did have an issue with our lanai opening, but the hosts resolved it quickly and professionally. Would recommend.

Loved the location as you are right in downtown Honolulu and within walking distance of everything. Once we’d figured out the area and what streets went where it was like being home. About a ten minute walk to the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants along the way and we found the area to be very quiet and safe. We booked a trip to the Polynesian Cultural Centre (definitely worth the money….get the package with the show and beautiful huge buffet) and paid the $25 extra for their bus to pick us up just down the street and take us there and back. A $33 Uber ride took us to the Arizona Memorial and museums….quite moving and free. We were only here from Thursday to Monday when we booked another Uber to take us to the cruise ship to begin our cruise. The room is exactly as shown in the pictures…clean and well stocked for an extended stay…..all you add is food…though because of our short stay we only used the kitchenette for coffee and toast in the morning. Mark was quick to respond to any questions we had. Free wifi and laundry facilities was a great bonus. Being on the 19th floor gave us a beautiful view of the city and a good look at the streets taking you to the beach and shopping. All in all a nice place stay stay before our cruise. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again if we return to Hawaii. Mahalo Mark Rick & Virginia 🍷🍷🤙

Great escape from the bustling streets of Waikiki, like a piece of Europe transplanted to Hawaii! Enjoyed the stay!
