My wife and I stayed here with our 11 and 8-yr old boys. The condo was very quiet and had a great view of the ocean. We were able to see a lot of things from afar (bring binoculars!). We even saw a submarine coming in and were able to drive up to Jetty Park to watch it float right by us on its way to the dock. The condo is on the third floor and you need to climb stairs to get to it. This was not an issue for our young/fit family. Do be sure to bring toiletries. Sometimes these places are fully stocked with options. This one was not. Not an issue, just wish we brought a few extra things with us. Communication was great. We texted back and forth and everything was smooth. Would stay again. Hopefully the next time the weather is better and we can enjoy the beach some more!

Condo is great!! We had a fabulous time!

We’ve stayed at the Diplomat property before just in a different unit, but this one hands down is perfect!!! The overall location cannot be beat. It’s down from the pier so it’s much quieter, less crowded and Publix is right across the street. The unit itself is exactly as pictured. Everything was beautiful, clean and comfy. Allan was always very quick to respond to my questions and concerns about the impending hurricane that thankfully missed us. Everything was just wonderful and very relaxing! We definitely plan to stay here again and recommend this condo to family & friends!

After staying in the same condo for years, we were faced with finding a new one this vacation. We are certainly happy to have found this. The location is great where it's close to all of the action, but not too close. The beach had other families for sure, but we were still able to get space to ourselves very easily. The inside of the condo was very updated and had everything you need. My three teenage boys (yes teenagers) got all into the game/puzzle cabinet and ended up having a puzzle competition. The spike ball was a HUGE hit and I think they may have spent 75% of their time playing that. Everyone had a blast and really enjoyed the space. The balcony was fantastic!!! A table to eat meals, another to play games, and lots of seating. We ended up bringing in a chair from outside due to there not being a ton of seating in the living room - for a family of 5. We made it work though. I'd say the one thing that would almost keep me from going back again was the access to the beach. Through no fault of the owner, there was a gate that needed to be unlocked in order to get on the beach and to get off....The lock at the gate was very difficult to maneuver and was always a task. What was worst was that there was only one key. This really presented a problem for my family with teenagers who wanted to go back up to the condo at different times. Since you needed to have a key to get OFF the beach, it really caused issues that were very frustrating on a daily basis. So keep that in mind

This unit was a great experience for our family. It is clean, well-maintained, fully stocked, and comfortably furnished. We had a great view of the beach from the kitchen window and family room with outdoor balcony. The beach was easy to access and not crowded, and we were located close to the grocery and many local restaurants. The hosts are well-organized and quick to respond to any questions. One great bonus is that they provide beach chairs and toys and many board games, children’s books and DVDs for indoor family fun. We have stayed in this housing area a few times previously and this is by far our favorite find. We plan to return!

Great condo and big balcony with plenty of sitting room. Right on the beach with easy access. Came from Missouri for our daughter's wedding and couldn't ask for better view of the ocean and beautiful sunrise evry morning.

Stayed for the Cocoa Beach Airshow has a fantastic time. Property was recently renovated and clean.

Overall, I thought Allan's unit was very nice. It would have helped to have a broom and dust pan to get rid of any sand we tracked in, but we managed. You have to use the community laundry facility to wash dirty clothes, which was OK. I was really pleased with the cleanliness of the unit, and the view from the 3rd floor back porch, which has a great view of the beach. We had a fantastic view of the 4th of July fireworks display put on by Cocoa Beach. Overall, we had a fantastic week. The key to use to get to through the beach gate was a bit tricky to use and frustrating at times, but we figured it out. A1A is a very busy highway, so no real places to walk except up to the big Ron Jon Surf Shop, which we loved. If we came back to this beach, I'd seriously consider staying in Allan's unit again. Very convenient location.

We had an wonderful family trip to celebrate our daughter’s high school graduation. The condo was perfect and exactly as described. Whoever is the decorator, did an excellent job. We didn’t want to leave. Allan was very attentive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be returning to this property in the future.

For an older group,it was perfect. We enjoyed the location and our view was amazing, The only thing I was not pleased with was there was not an elevator.

Wish I could give the property a one-star review (so that it would be available next time we want to hit the beach!) but can’t; it’s five stars all the way. Everything was perfect, and I highly recommend.

The location alone gets the 5 starts and the fact that we had the ocean view was amazing. Place was clean. Owner was very quick to respond. The building is an older building but the apartment is well kept. The only downside for us was that there is no elevator which makes it difficult with little kids since it’s on the 3rd floor. Other than that. I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay over the holidays. The property is beautiful and very clean. The view and location are both spectacular. The check in/out process was easy and the owner was very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely stay again!

After a wide open four days of Disney it was FANTASTIC just to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sights and sounds of the Ocean. The newly remodeled condo was wonderful.

Just a really great location, with a phenomenal view of the ocean and incredibly easy access to the beach. The beach itself was rather quiet and isolated from the bigger hotels / resorts, which was fantastic. Location right off the main road was wonderfully convenient as well. The property manager was also very responsive and helpful with some questions we had about the area. Would highly recommend.

Great view to the ocean, beautiful kitchen, clean and nice.

We loved the property! The unit was super clean, plenty of space for everyone. They had so many small details to make your stay enjoyable such as books, games, beach towels and beach toys. Our favorite part was of course the view. We plan to book again next year to watch a launch! Communication was easy with the host, we had no problems with the unit at all.

We very much enjoyed our stay here! It is directly on the beach. Grocery stores and shopping within 2 miles!!! Great FAMILY environment. Color scheme is fabulous inside! You can tell this condo was totally remodeled! It’s beautiful! And I love that there isn’t glass Knick-knacks that makes me nervous with my kids. We’ve stayed at places where there is useless glass knick-knacks that we have to move from fear of our children accidentally hitting. This was a huge relief! Thank you for being so considerate for families with small children. We highly recommend this place!

Perfect location for relaxation.

Most places say they are beach front, while actually being across a street. This condo is literally on the beach. Access right below your balcony. The inside is amazing. All the furnishings are completely brand new. Kitchen is stocked with just about everything you would need(pssss you need a pizza pan)! The balcony is huge and has a great view at all times of day. We were extremely impressed with the property and the hosts. They are very attentive. They made sure we made it into the property okay, asked how everything was going and answered any questions we had very promptly. 10/10 would recommend. And we will be staying here in the future.

We stayed here while our child attended space camp at KSC. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The best part of the condo was the huge balcony with large table and other seating. It was nice to eat our meals outdoors while enjoying the beach. The kitchen had all the dishes and cooking implements we needed for our stay, along with a coffee maker. The beach was quiet and family friendly and the waves were perfect for boogie boarding. The condo is located very close to grocery stores and restaurants. The owners were helpful made check-in and check-out easy. We hope to be back in the future.
