Location, clean and price. Owners were very hospitable and friendly. Good communication throughout

Janis was the most hospitable host I have ever come across, her house is immaculate and the rooms were very clean and spacious and had everything you would need, rooms were nicely sized and they are very accommodating hosts ! Would definitely recommend staying there

Had a wonderful stay while working in Longmont. Needed a quiet comfortable location, where I could get outside and walk a bit in the evenings. The owners of this home are so kind and accommodating. I would plan to stay again!

Close to Boulder, Friendly Staff, I highly recommend.

The location was great for a quick trip to Boulder to see my son at CU. Very cute and quiet neighborhood. The room was nicely set up to accommodate guests (microwave, fridge, fans, Keurig, AC window unit,TV). Even some snacks were available. Owners were friendly and thoughtful, and Donnie was the sweetest welcomer🐶 The bathroom was spatious and shower had great water pressure! Would definitely return in the future😁

We weren’t sure if there were other parts of the home we could access. There was mention of a hot tub but no mention of if/how it was available for use.

Was an easy 15 min drive to get to our daughter in Boulder--no traffic! Bed very comfortable. Bathroom essentially right next door in an upstairs loft area of a private home. Gracious, friendly hosts. No pressure to socialize unless we wanted to engage.

Room on the smallish side, no extra chair; but for the price, who's complaining. We didn't go to Colorado to sit in a room anyway!!

The home was very nice and they even had water and snacks in the room. They also had private room A/C as well.

The Hosts were amazingly welcoming. The room that I booked as well as the private bathroom were exceptionally clean. The bed in my room was comfortable and the housing area is very calm. Communication with the hosts was swift and easy. All in all, it was a fantastic stay and I can highly recommend it!
