Modern Designer Home Near Boulder
Nos encanta nuestra casa y esperamos que usted también, esta es nuestra residencia principal, pero estamos viajando tanto que decidimos alquilarla para las personas que desean una experiencia de vacaciones de lujo. Nuestra casa de tres dormitorios / tres baños tiene aproximadamente 2400 pies cuadrados y en los meses de verano / otoño puede disfrutar de otros 800 pies cuadrados de espacio al aire libre.
El dormitorio principal se encuentra arriba y los otros 2 dormitorios se encuentran en el sótano. Nuestra casa es la más adecuada para niños mayores de 12 años. Esta es nuestra residencia principal y la hemos alquilado por aproximadamente 2 años en otro sitio web y decidimos que, como tenemos otras dos propiedades en VRBO, también deberíamos incluir esta casa en VRBO.
Nuestra casa se encuentra a pocas cuadras del centro histórico de Louisville, que se está expandiendo y prosperando cada día. Hay panaderías, bares y bares a solo cinco minutos a pie de nuestra casa; sin mencionar los excelentes restaurantes, los conciertos del jueves por la noche en el parque y la increíble variedad de conciertos de verano de Louisville, llamada Street Faire. House is very comfortable for 4 to 6 people. Great location, easy walk to downtown Louisville. Suzi is an awesome host. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay at Suzi's house.
The house is beautifully decorated and was comfortable for our family of 5. The house is close to Boulder and shopping and within walking distance to downtown Loiusville. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen and tools were nice to have.

The property is lovely! We especially enjoyed the patio area, but every room is great. The bedrooms are comfortable and the kitchen is wonderful. You won’t be disappointed! This was our second stay and the hosts are amazing.

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay here! It was lovely for our family to get to hang out and be together in such a clean and comfortable home. We got to celebrate our Daughter's graduation in a delightful way.
The neighborhood was also lovely and easy to navigate. We were walking distance to town which was filled with lovely restaurant's, shops and farmer's market! We easily traversed to Boulder and Denver as well from this home during our stay. Suzi was very communicative and helpful.

Wedding Family Home
The property was amazing and Suzi was an off the charts outstanding host and communicator. I would HIGHLY recommend this property to all my family and friends. Also, it is a short walk to downtown Louisville where there are incredible restaurants!!

We hit the jackpot with this property. The house is wonderfully appointed, very comfortable and conveniently located (walkable to the lovely downtown and a park with tennis courts). Kitchen had everything a cook could want and the outdoor space is charming. Suzi was welcoming and very accessible throughout our visit.

Suzi is a great host for their awesome home. She has thought of everything and has notes around the house for ease of operation. Communication was easy and we received great recommendations for nearby restaurants. The location is in walking distance to cute shops and a weekend farmer’s market. Get the cheese curds! Also, since we were visiting locations from the Rocky Mountain National Park to the North, Vail to the West, and Red Rocks to the South, Suzi’s place is a handy central location. I would definitely recommend a stay.

Fabulous and Comfortable Home
We loved staying in this home, enjoying all the amenities it had to offer. We did a LOT of cooking and the kitchen did not lack a single thing we needed for good meals and good fun! The home was spotless and comfortably elegant with every amenity for staying in, cooking and, visiting with our family. We were visiting to meet our first grandchild born March 1 and Suzi made us feel so welcomed with congratulations signs and pink Champaign waiting for us to celebrate our granddaughter. The home is an easy walk to the sweet town of Louisville that featured quaint shops, restaurants and, breweries. We came a day before an epic snowstorm and Suzi was kind enough to let us into the house a bit early to bring our groceries for the stay since we were snowed in for a couple of days. Suzi and Anthony were wonderful hosts. We’ve been renting homes for many years and this was one of the best by far!

A Trip to Remember
The home and area are beautiful! The home is clean, comfortable, and inviting. We absolutely loved our stay. Suzi made her home feel very welcoming, and she was always quick to give us peace of mind on any concerns or questions we had during our our stay. She was kind and very attentive, I felt her attention to detail in her beautiful home and as her guest. We will definitely be booking with her in the future. The home and area are absolutely wonderful and very memorable, and a very big part of that was all thanks to Suzi, thank you so much!
