Bungalow tradicional de estilo rústico francés situado en el casco antiguo de Louisville. La decoración es de buen gusto y cómoda. Esquema de pintura moderna, enorme cocina totalmente equipada y dos salas de estar; uno para la relajación tranquila con pisos de madera de abeto douglas restaurados originales de 1911 y la habitación familiar trasera con TV Roku y sección de cuero. A 5 minutos a pie del centro histórico de Louisville, que ofrece vibrantes tiendas, restaurantes y museos. Gran acceso a Boulder o Denver. Barrio tranquilo y pacífico. Este es un clásico barrio de Old Town en Colorado. Hermosas casas restauradas, nuevas construcciones y bungalows clásicos como este. Main Street Louisville está a solo 4 cuadras de distancia, donde puedes encontrar restaurantes nuevos y modernos, boutiques, museos, el Louisville Center for the Arts que ofrece música en vivo y una de mis cafeterías favoritas llamada Bittersweet. The property was perfect for us, just the right size. It was clean and well maintained. Backyard was pretty, we would have used it more if it weren't so hot. AC was a little spotty but it was also 100 degrees while we were there. Lenny was super responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend.

Awesome location for city and mountain activities. Great deck and living spaces. Two couples were comfortable in charming old town home with all the necessary conveniences. We'll be back!

This home was tenderly cared for and immaculate, but also cozy and inviting. Most importantly, I had made a special request before I checked in, and Lenny met my request with his response that was beyond anything I could have imagined. Having owned a VRBO myself several years ago, I know just what makes one home above all the rest. And that’s the warmth and comfort that a caring owner/manager brings to your stay. We wanted to stay in Boulder but "settled" for this place. Turns out we much preferred this house and location to staying in Boulder.
The house itself was very nice and very well stocked. There are two rooms, one bathroom and a washer/dryer. There was a deck in the back yard that was very nice. The photos don't really do the place justice. We were very pleasantly surprised.
The neighborhood was wonderful. There are walking trails everywhere! We loved that you could walk to several places for dinner, drinks or treats.
We would definitely want to stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The home was small, not fancy, but just right for my wife and I. It met all our needs. It was on a quiet street in a beautiful old, historic neighborhood. The Fall colors were in full bloom. Lennie responded quickly to a small issue we had and was courteous and helpful. We would rent it again without hesitation.

I'm a bit biased. I lived in downtown Louisville for 2 decades. I love this little town. Visit if you can and if looking for a cozy place near the downtown restaurants stay here!

Well-appointed comfortable cottage. Although it is small, my wife, adult daughter, and I fit into it easily. Having two comfortable sitting areas besides the bedrooms and kitchen was a plus, as was off-street parking.
The owner was very responsive regarding any questions.
Especially for the price, this is a great place to stay. It’s easily walking distance from Louisville’s restaurants. Also, for runners, it’s about a mile run through quiet neighborhood streets to reach the Coal Creek trail.

What a wonderful place to stay! The property is adorable and stylish and was a perfect little getaway for a few days. The rooms were larger than I expected and between the two living rooms, two bedrooms, and kitchen, we had plenty of space for the three of us. Plus, the location is great - easy to walk to Main Street and the Coal Creek trail.
The owner Lenny was also extremely responsive and even sent someone over to deliver soap for the dishwasher when we ran out in the middle of our stay. My only suggestion to make it even better would be to include both recycling and composting services, which are standard in Boulder County. Thanks so much! Amber

Loved the location, the house, everything. Well appointed with supplies, all other VRBOs I’ve stayed in, I had to buy soap, toilet paper, paper towels etc.. not here. Comfortable beds and pillows, tv works great.

The home was perfect for our needs. It’s much smaller than it looks on the Internet, but other than that it was very clean and charming.
