This was a great place to stay, the host went above and beyond to make it comfortable and welcoming. The home is just as listed, the furniture was comfortable, kitchen has everything you need, and the shower was great. The front porch was perfect for having coffee and watching the sun come up in the morning.
We would definitely recommend this home for your stay in Niagara Falls.

Renovated century home in a quiet residential area. 5 minute walk to the Niagara Gorge. From there an easy 20 minute walk to the Falls. Very clean and well appointed. Great communication with host. Enjoyed sitting on the porch at night. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. It’s about a 20 min walk from the Clifton Hill attractions. The shared laundry with the basement tenant was a bit awkward but fine. It would have been nice to have more than one towel a piece for the whole week. They smelled like mold as well. The appliances were nice but the house could benefit from a deep clean more frequently.

Our host was very nice and communication was easy. It was perfect for us. It was only a few miles from Niagara Falls and downtown. I would recommend this and go to this location again.

Our stay was great! The check-in process was smooth and easy. The house is clean, and very straight forward, there are QR codes for items you may be unfamiliar with. There are great touches left by the host, like, a coffee maker with items for coffee.
The house is located very close to all of the attractions. We walked everywhere, not only is this convenient but saves money on parking! I would say for us to walk to Horseshoe Falls it took about 30 minutes. If you want to explore outside of the Falls, the house was located close to the highway and all major roads.
We will definitely stay here again!

We had a good stay. The neighborhood is quiet/peaceful, which is great after enjoying the busy downtown area. The beds are comfortable. The home is clean and safe. The board games were enjoyed. Having a kitchen was super helpful for preparing breakfast/dinner. This also meant we made more trash than other guests might make, so while the trash can is small, there were plenty of large trash bags to use for our trash. Overall, great place.

If you are okay with walking, you can park your car here and walk or bus everywhere: walk to Hornblower, Clifton Hill, etc. Hotels are closer but the space in this property is wonderful. Small but nice backyard. Ample driveway parking. Host is very responsive!

The location was fantastic, we were able to easily walk to the falls and the other local attractions. Great communication from the host.
This is in the listing: driveway is shared with downstairs tenant. Not a big deal at all, but is something to think about/plan around. Downstairs tenant was very nice and accommodating!
Small thing: we were there for a week so did utilize the kitchen frequently. Would suggest a baking sheet for oven use.
Our family appreciated the games provided and the big couch in the living room. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Great location and a comfortable walk to the falls and Zip Line adventure. Everything else was within a short drive. Very clean and neat. Host was very attentive and made sure we had no issues with our stay. It was perfect for us especially with traveling with a 13 and 8 year old.

The property was as advertised and within walking distance of the falls and downtown restaurants. The owner was very responsive to questions we had and the downstairs occupant was friendly and cordial.

This property worked well for our weekend family trip to Niagara - adult kids, husband and I had a great time! Very easy to communicate with the owner, house was clean, in a nice neighborhood setting.
We had no issues - only suggestion is to have a few extra towels available for guests or advise them to pack some.

We had a great time with our two toddlers! Everything is exactly as described. Only ‘negative’ point, no bbq and no tray for the oven. So bring yours! I would definetly book again.

Nice place, host was very responsive and proactive (we accidentally unplugged a router, he got an alert and messaged us to let us know so we could plug it back in). Very convenient location within walking distance to entertainment and the falls. With parking so expensive it was a plus to have the walking option. It is a good 15 - 20 minute walk to get right in front of the falls. Within a 10 minute walk to the Clifton/Falls area where all the rides, games and fun houses are. We would stay again!!

This is great place to stay while visiting Niagra falls. Convenient location, clean house with lots of space for our family.
Only issue was sharing parking with basement tenant was a little bit inconvenient.

This charming home was wonderful. Lots of older aspects left, but fully modern functionally. Was great to be able to walk easily to Clifton Hill and falls attractions. Definitely would recommend.

Nice quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance of town and the falls. Very easy to communicate with the owner. Everything we needed for the stay was provided. House was clean and parking was easy.

We stayed here for three nights, and had a great time. It's an easy 10 minute or so walk down to the falls, and there's a playground about 3 minutes walking distance. Once we got here we never needed to move our car. Inside the house was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The owner is incredibly attentive. He sent a helpful note ahead of our stay, and also checked to make sure we got in ok on check in day. Would definitely stay again next time we're in Niagara Falls.
