5 minutes from airport, friendly staff, spacious room, great communication!

The ceiling fan really needs to be cleaned, full of dust.

Comfortable and close to the airport with everything you need for a short stay. Great communication with Edgar and he is really nice and was great about giving me a ride to and from the airport. Great spot for a stay near the airport and I did a tour to the volcano and waterfall and it was really close to the pick up location.

Modern house in a safe neighbourhood close to the airport but without any noise. Both Loly and Edgar are very open and supportive. Even though I have stayed only for one night I felt very welcomed and we had some nice conversations. Thank you and highest recommendations!

Super tidy, homey, with every amenity to make you feel comfy. very friendly couple and the sweetest little dog. Airport pickup was quick. price if the room and the ride is very fair.

some might feel shy about exiting your room into this couple’s home, but they are so friendly and relaxed, it is really a plus.

Really friendly host, close to the airport, comfortable bed, and a great place to stay overnight if you have a morning flight. It is only a 7 minute drive to the airport :) It was perfect for what I needed!

Hosts took good care of us, sent us Information and organized taxi . Very clean room and bathroom. Quiet and a good choice when you arrive late at the airport and for a short layover.

very convenient, cute little place. They were so helpful, I was arriving late at night and they picked me up from the airport at 1 am! It’s a 5 min drive. the room was cozy and clean, and Maria was up early like me, served an optional breakfast and coffee. Just wonderful hospitality!!

The downside is that there’s just one bathroom to three bedrooms, so you may find yourself waiting for other guests. I didn’t find that to be a problem.

The room was very clean and provided all we needed for an overnight before a flight. We were 5 minutes from the terminal at SJO. Edgar drove us to and from the airport and to dinner for $5 each way ($20 total). The bed was comfortable but narrower than my wife and I are used to. Not a big problem though for one night. I recommend this stay whenever flying in or out of SJO.

We stayed at Dolly and Edgar’s home twice, once upon arrival in Costa Rica (evening flight), and 2 weeks later before departure from the San Jose airport (early morning flight). It was such a convenient place to stay after our long travel journeys. It’s only 5 min from the airport, and the owners were very helpful and accommodating. It was just like when a relative comes to pick you up and takes you home, completely stress-free. They provide a transport service to and from the airport for a fee, which was incredibly convenient. They are in regular contact with you to make sure everything is on track and ready for you. Edgar also dropped us off at our car rental company the day after our arrival, he made everything really relaxed and easy for us. The room had everything you need for the night. The second time we were there we met their little dog Petite, she’s a cutie!

Nice and spacious, very responsive hosts. Small coffee maker in the room as well (but no tea, if that's your preference). Hosts let me drop off my bags early which was very helpful and provided airport transfer at 0230am for my very early departing flight for $10.

It’s a home to Loly and Edgar and they made me feel so welcomed. Spotless clean house and homely feeling. Even though it’s very close to the airport it’s very quiet, comfortable bed, exactly what I needed after a long flight.

This place exceeded all my expectations. The hosts were out of this world and went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. Kitchen facilities and comfy bed more than excellent. Was a perfect stay & would definitely recommend.

The breakfast was exceptional. The hosts were very helpful and kind. They made it very easy to travel to and from the airport as they have transport available for a reasonable price. Great option for a solo traveler.

Amazing hosts! I wanted a room near the airport as was arriving very late. They arranged a very reasonably priced pick up from the airport (with pix of the pick up car) and a lift to the bus station the next day. Breakfast was really good and nothing was too much trouble. Have now booked again for the evening before my flight home.
