Nicely decorated, comfortable, well stocked townhome with excellent management.

This condo was nicely decorated and had everything we needed from in the kitchen, to personal items in the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, and the deck made it a beautiful morning to enjoy some coffee and the wonderful weather we had. This condo was located in the heart of everything. Downtown is less than 10 minutes and that's only because TC has heavy construction going on at this time. There is a civic center down the road where you can walk your pets in the shade on a nice trail they offer. The area is safe to have a morning jog or a nice walk. I originally was looking for a place on the water, but I am glad we picked this condo. It was perfect and we will book again with Dandan.

We enjoyed our stay at the Lakescape Townhome. The home is fully stocked. You don't have to worry about forgetting anything. They'll have it there for you. The only problem, which was resolved quickly by management, was parking. There is only one parking spot for a condo that can house up to 8 people. Any extra cars can park a block away at a grocery store. Thankfully management gave us a parking spot on site for a condo that was not rented out for our elderly parents. We would definitely stay again!

The property was absolutely beautiful and well maintained!! It was in the perfect location and came with everything we could've needed and more. The host was friendly and communicative and the whole process was super easy! We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 4 (14 yr old and 12 yr old) plus grandma and grandpa enjoyed our stay here! The condo was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed and was convenient to downtown Traverse City for dining and also to the soccer complex. Quiet neighborhood location. Mattresses were definitely on the firm side but everything was meticulous. Definitely recommend and will stay here again in the future!

This place is great. Very well decorated, clean and full of amenities, especially for kids. The toys/books in the house kept my little one busy all weekend. Everything was very clean and the property manager was on top of all of our questions/concerns. The location is also great, close to everything. Would highly recommend.
One thing to note, this place does have a lot of stairs. We have old dogs and they had an issue going up and down them so just throwing it out there for anyone who might be in a similar position.

A perfect place for our family to meet up and spend the week. A very comfortable home, outfitted very well with just about everything you could need. If you have two cars coming, check with host about finding second parking space.

Host communicated early and often. Condo was well equiped with the comforts of home. Quiet location, yet centrally located to everything. We enjoyed our time here and will be back!

Owners put a special effort toward making pet owners and their pets feel welcome and pampered. Our dog loved the toy box. Place is nicely pet proofed. Quiet neighborhood. Great central location. Nice amenities all around for guests and your four-footed friends. Beautiful place.

Had a wonderful experience. Perfect for getting to and from the softball games and close to beach. Perfect decor and amenities.

We stayed here for a long weekend ski getaway. We skied at Crystal Mountain and Shanty Creek. We enjoyed our stay and had a great time overall with this as our home base.

The townhouse was exactly what we were looking for and exceeded our expectations! It was thoughtfully appointed with everything needed and was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean! The location was perfect for our tour of the wineries and also conveniently located within a few miles of the downtown area and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property to anyone staying in the Traverse City area!

This unit is like new, very clean, and in perfect condition! It was very spacious and they provided morning coffee. We really enjoyed the home and would highly recommend!

This is a wonderfully appointed condo unit. It has everything you need and is immaculately clean. Beds were very comfortable and the location was great because it was in the center of you going east or west to see sites, or shop, parks, etc!! Definitely this is a great place to stay! You won’t be disappointed!

Everything was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Furniture was comfortable and up to date. I did not cook but kitchen looked well stocked. It was not cluttered with dust catchers.
Had its own numbered parking space and a garage.
