Everything ! Quirky house with a very homely feel to it, massive amounts of character, history & charm throughout the whole building with lovely gardens to the rear. Hosts were really friendly & welcoming, room was lovely & clean with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Can't fault anything on our stay & will be back.

An absolutely stunning house surrounded by a beautiful garden. The room was very clean and comfortable, and it was fully furnished with anything you might need. The owners were brilliant, very friendly and welcoming (and so were their adorable pets!)

Such an enjoyable stay. The room had such great quirky characteristics, sloped floors, and a huge comfy bed with decent pillows for any head/neck alignment. The bathroom is beautiful, a deep bath, lots of hot water, and wonderful toiletries that's left my skin smelling delightful. Fransecsa is memorable for her radiance and warm conversation. Feel very blessed to have met her. Thank you, I will be back x

Beautiful, quirky building with lots of history. Very comfy beds, spotlessly clean and hosts are lovely and very welcoming. Delicious breakfasts, excellent value for money.

Totally non- corporate. The house is very characterful. Hosts welcoming and very helpful. Beds very comfortable and the bath towels were the best I've ever had. Breakfast in the old dining room was superb.

It didn't bother us but the family has a cat and a dog so if you are allergic to either don't stay here.

Full of charm and character, it's a little gem, good old-fashioned values B&B. Wonderful breakfasts, really comfortable rooms, plenty of parking.

For breakfast, I wanted wholemeal Pitta bread that was provided for me. Tom was wonderful and very kind. The room was clean and my sleep was sweet because of the quietness of the place.

Fantastic Tudor house that has been added to over the years. Quirkily decorated and furnished. Really lovely room with very comfortable bed.

Fran and Tom were so lovely, we felt very welcome in their home. Nothing was too much trouble. The house has so many interesting items dotted around. Breakfast was wonderful, lots to eat, very tasty The room was great, I sat on the window seat knitting in the evening watching foxes play at the bottom of the garden, it was very peaceful. The bed was lovely and comfortable. Toiletries were a nice touch in the bathroom.

Fran and Tom are very lovely hosts. They get you everything you need for a cosy stay and delicious breaktfast (including the right music after the Tom-Jones-Concert the night before - thank you Tom!) . And the Manor is full of history!

Not really something to complain but I was misled by the pictures of the Manor - at booking.com it looks more like a hotel with a salon and a park. Those pictures are a couple of years old. The house and garden look now like what it is - a home to a lovely family with to little children! :)
