The ease of access and location is great. The apartment had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, and the baby cot was great for our daughter, she loved it.

The only downside was that they clean and change towels every 3 days, maybe that could be changed in the future. Other than that, we believe that it is great value for money. It would be great to have a few more basic things for cooking such as oil if all of the other necessities are there (salt, pepper, etc)

Cozy and airy apartment in the very old city centre. Old building, but totally renovated with all comforts. Spotlessy clean, and in a very quiet place.

Maybe something more equipment in the kitchen would be great, as well as a better illumination, especially in the first room (a lamp on the table, for example)

There is nothing in kitchen, like no tea or coffee, or fruits. Think that would be nice to wait for someone who comes in the apartment to freshen up. I had trouble activating heater, it was cold for me when I came in at night.

Perfect location in the city center. Very Nice and Spacious apartment. Definitely recommend to Visit.

Only downside could be that it is in the city center so it Can get noisy in the night when loud people go home from the city center.

Location is fantastic, everything is in walking distance, online registration is easy, keyless entry is smooth, the apartment is very clean and fully equipped, great value, highly recommended.

Walls are quite thin, so if your neighbours are loud, then there is a chance you'll hear them.

Location is very convenient its close to all even the tourist spots. The place was huge and it has all that we need, its a nice size for a family. Its also a safe and secure place.

The apartment was clean, nice and comfortable. Location is nice as being central but this comes having a lot of noise at the night especially if it is a weekend.

Property provides "contactless check-in" option which actually is a good option but to get the code you need to provide a lot of information (passport information, up-to expiration date form all the travellers!) to one random website. It is apparently a Czech Republic's regulation that all the guests need to be registered, but the website requires even a photo of your to be uploaded. I was not comfortable with that and I could do in-person check in from another location.

Nice sized space, plenty of room, and good wifi. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment but would have been nice to have some pantry staples like oil and salt for cooking. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Location is central, a quick walk away from many attractions. The washing machine was nice but no washing detergent and there is no dryer so if you are staying in winter, prepare for your clothes to take days to dry on the drying rack.

You can hear noise from the neighbours and street. We booked this place because it said it had luggage storage and we were arriving many hours before the check-in time. However, we only found out when we arrived that the luggage storage was at a different hotel that was a 10 min walk away through the busiest part of town which was super crowded and a nightmare to get to especially if you have suitcases. Do not recommend staying here if you are arriving earlier and need luggage storage.

The best place in Prague ever Absolutely comfortable apartments. it’s very small, but for 1-2 people it’s ok. you have a small kitchen with ALL NECESSITIES, even forks and coffee machine. so we felt very comfortable
