Расположение, чистота, комфорт, стильный дизайн, продуманность в мелочах : кофеварка, вода 2 х видов, отличный фан, полотенцесушитель, удобная постель, тишина, особенно когда окна во внутренний двор. Завтраки стандартные, но все есть, включая вкусный кофе. Сотрудники всячески помогали, второй раз заселили на 3 часа раньше, спасибо им. Цена при одноместном размещении высоковата, но я не пожалела ни разу, будет возможность - остановлюсь еще раз.

We did not know that the restaurant within the hotel would be closed on our second night. So no ice or drinks available. We should have been informed.

Great breakfast and great host at breakfast. Great welcome. Room really comfortable, great shower and comfortable bed. Location is brilliant - very central and close to the station and the lake

The staff were incredibly helpful. I needed to book a taxi due to a train strike and Sara arranged it all for me before I even got to the hotel. Beautiful room and amazing location. Don't hesitate to book your stay here.

Really friendly, clean, and just perfectly renovated boutique hotel at perfect location - I can only recommend!
There is nothing to fault the hotel or hosts except a silly policy linked to “covid” that any items left in the rooms will be disposed of… if you don’t forget anything you will be just fine but better double-check (this is october ‘22)

Centrally located in Como with easy access to the train station and close to the Lake. The morning Breakfast was perfect. The owner was very responsive to a minor issue we had with our room.

The room was amazing, very comfortable bed and couch and the room was very spacious. We had the junior suite which had 3 opening skylights which was a nice touch.
Inclusive breakfast didn’t have a big selection of food but what there was tasted great.

Super friendly staff and a great location! Recently renovated rooms with very comfortable beds. We especially loved the bathroom. The hotel is located in one of the cutest squares of the town

At night there was an significant noise of what seems to be the hotel's general air conditioning, on and off.

We loved the location of this hotel. It is walking distance to the train station, the ferry, restaurants and it inside a very nice piazza. The breakfast was really nice and plentiful and the staff was very attentive and prompt. The owners were very personable and helpful and even gave us their phone number for after hours in case we needed anything.
