great location pleasant staff good value for money

Staying in Linkway Hotel was perfect for me as I wanted to be very near to 33rd street/15th street for their shops/loads of restaurant/beautysalon (only 250m away) and the busy Hill Road (900m away). The room was quiet as the street market only starts around 10:30am/11am. The bed was comfortable and bedroom/bathroom very clean. Will book it again next time as some other hotels in Bandra West do not meet the hygiene requirements or are expensive though they look good but are are a bit expensive for the level of modernity they have to offer. Unless you dream of luxury, don't hesitate to book a room in Linkway Hotel. (Lovely masala chai and poha for breakfast by the way)

The location was absolutely perfect. The staff were always willing to help. The owner, was really helpful and genuine. The pricing is clear and does not fluctuate daily like some of the other hotels in the area. Thank you

Not much to dislike.

As a solo female traveler, arriving late at night, I felt so so safe and looked aftee. The staff were so kind, accommodating and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. location is fantastic; I walked around and didn't need any transport at all to explore all of Bandra which is a really great part of Mumbai. Loved it.

Nothing!

We were denied check-in on the day of the reservation. Without any prior confirmation the property gave our room to someone else and when we called them 15 minutes before reaching, they said that the hotel was full and there was no room for us. Extremely disappointed to see the lack of concern for the guests.

The Staff is absolutely friendly and try to make your stay as nice as possible. We felt very welcomed.

Breakfast can tend to get boring even on the 2nd day. I (Mrs Jennifer Pope, wife of John Pope) have stayed here last year from 5th to 10th Feb. Staff is great. Even the security guy outside. Rooms are basic and 'small'. But, OK for 3 nights.

I was given room No. 208. On the 2nd night, there was SO MUCH of unbelievable, .unbearable non stop NOISE from room 209. I phoned Reception at 9.30pm, 10.30pm, and again at 11.30pm. I could hear their phone ring, and Reception must have been asking them to tone down their volume. There were many humans in that room at that late hour. Talking loudly, moving furniture! The rooms seem to be paper thin! I was informed that the hotel has a policy that allows outsiders in the rooms till midnight. So, I had to wait till midnight before I could drop off to sleep. Needless to say, this was really disturbing, and upsetting. I work in the city all day - at personal matters, dental, medicals etc. And, I do need rest when I return to the hotel room in the evening. Although the location is convenient for my work, I will have to think again if I really want to stay here on my next visit to Bombay.

Mosquitos plenty! Asked for help front desk, will not supply (refused) so no sleep. Had a big argument and threatened, then left a spray reluctantly. Room has no ventilation. Open window to get mosquitos in. Noisy ceiling fan and ac.
