Check-in process was friendly and quick. My room was super clean and comfy. Pillows were awesome! Workout room was convenient and clean as well. Awesome overnight stay.

Convenient for activities in Cheyenne. Walking/greenway path at back of property for exercise, etc. Walked at night to several restaurants, including a great pizza place. Great place to stay while in Cheyenne.

It is a little dated. The pool had black mold in it. The staff was awesome. All of them! They offered free dinner during Cheyenne Frontier very nice.

The elevator broke down right when whe needed to bring our suitcases to the car. We needed to haul yhem down 3 stairwells. My husband is 70 and I walk with trouble. However, the staff did offer to bring the luggage down for us.
The breakfast had so-so food. The eggs were runny and the hashbrowns half cooked.

Decent stop over on a last minute trip. Arrived too late and woke up too late to have an opinion on the amenities.

We stayed for three nights during the Cheyenne Frontier Days. This hotel was only 5 minutes from Frontier Park and 5-10 from the downtown area near the Capital building. The beds were comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. I went to the fitness room a couple times but did not get in the indoor pool. I would recommend this property.

I always stay here when i come to town. It is close to my office and close to shopping and lots of great resturants.

For what you pay for a night’s sleep these days it’s not unfair to expect excellence in all areas. The sheets and pillowcases were badly stained which is a red flag. Also in the breakfast area items were not monitored and a lot of things ran out. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Although the elevator and the ice machine were not working, the front desk staff, the breakfast staff, and the housekeeping staff all did a great job.
