Lovely old hotel close to the old town with lots of places to eat close by. 2 tram stops connecting the city sites. Lovely

This hotel was the most disappointing out of the 4 we stayed in. The room we had the air con was broke men and they replaced it with a loud cooler where we had to keep the window open for the pipe. They had no spare room they could offer us.
Staff tried their best but not much they could do.
Good location for food. Bed was comfy if we could get past the heat.

The property is a traditional building but rooms clean and in a good decorative state but small. Staff are friendly but not at all forthcoming. Facilities are poor: the seating area is small and windowless and has no services at all. The restaurant and bar are closed on Sunday and Mondays. The menu is almost exclusively fish with no vegan or vegetarian mains options. The location is within walking distance of the old city, parks and city centre. Quite a few cafes and restaurants nearby but quite busy with traffic and noise.

We stay only one night at Tiffany's the hotel staff was really friendly and speak good English. The room was comfortable, good price for the quality and location of the hotel. They also provide a bus pass that makes it easier to move around the city.

A lovely hotel in central Geneva. We were there for one night and found it comfortable, clean, and convenient. The staff was excellent. There are a couple of steps here and there to get to the elevator or your room, so that might be an issue for some. Would stay there again.

The hotel was pleasant enough but a bit dated. Breakfast was quite limited & the 2 waitresses at breakfast were quite rude & unfriendly.

Great old style hotel, very comfortable room but we did have an issue with the shower/bath….you have to step in at the back of the bath where there is a big slope in the bath with no safety pads to ensure you don’t slip. My wife did and banged German head and ended up with a lot of bad bruising. Not great….mentioned it on check out

Here for the weekend with my adult son before meeting our Alps cycling tour group. Front staff excellent with good outing advice for restaurants.
Excellent breakfast in relaxing well appointed room
Carlos the hotel maintenance man personally assisted me in repairing my bike tire by accompanying me to the excellent cycle shop 1 block away.
Enjoyed Lucianne the spa masseuse for a massage to help with jet lag.

We stayed for 3 nights, we were able to check-in right away. The hotel is quaint and well located for the areas we wanted to access. We didn't have an opportunity to try out the fitness room or to eat at the restaurant so I can't speak to those. We really didn't have any problems. We also received two free passes for the transit system in the city as part of our stay.

The way to one of the elevator is not steps free. While I was carrying 2 luggages and my kid, the guy who was guiding us to our room just watched my struggle with the steps.

We had a great 4 nights at this friendly hotel. The location is perfect in the city centre. Everywhere is walkable from the hotel but the transport system is also amazing. The hotel was exceptionally clean & our room was serviced every day to the highest standard. My only disappointment was the room that we had up in the roof, not what I expected from the photos of a classic room on the website. As I said, it was very clean, just not what I thought it would be. The staff were always available and very helpful. I would stay here again if I returned to Geneva.

Room small (though my choice) and dark. Early check in was brilliant and welcomed. Great location (will explore more next time). Restaurant was fully booked for private dinner when I wanted to eat, but looked reasonable albeit with a slim menu, though plenty of options nearby.
Quaint, old-world feel but friendly staff who are aware of some frustrations about the timely return of deposits.

The hotel is great itself but some surrounding areas feel very unsafe I certainly would t walk out with an expensive watch on in the area to the left of the hotel lots of young gangs

Well located for exploring gorgeous Geneva for 3 day/ 2 nite stay. Many fun / good local spots nearby. Be sure to ask for Geneva pass at desk, ( had to ask🙄during not so helpful checkin) free transportation via teams/ fun boats etc. Several steps up down to drag luggage to stairs or tiny elevator ( no offers to help). Easy storage before checkin & after check out. Some carpets need cleaning!!! Appreciated comp water in room..and one tiny chocolate ( there were 2 of us).
Do as much along river as possible & Old Town ( all within walking distance for us..big walkers..but trams & boats ez also!

What really distinguishes this hotel is its staff. Everyone we’ve encountered during our stay was knowledgeable and attentive. The breakfast is also a must. My kids loved saying that they were having “Breakfast at Tiffany’s”

Nice boutique hotel a little bit away from the lake and shopping but still very close both walking and transportation wise. Really enjoyed the area around with couple of nice bakeries and. Real fast places and also fine dining options, felt like there were a lot of locals there which is always a good sign.

Property was old world charming, presented in an Arte Noveau decor. Everything was immaculately clean and staff was very pleasant and helpful with directions and booking tours.
