Mrs. Lesley was very nice and helpful, although her hands were tied because she was the only person working and there was a system failure with the room cards, and she had to individually walk each customer to their room. She deserves a raise, bonus, etc.

The staff was wonderful & really worked with us to get what we needed (extra cot). The manager checked in 1-2 times a day to see if we needed anything.

The room did not have a chair except for the desk chair. The only way to watch the TV or to read a book was to do so in or on the bed. The facility is showing its age with no updates. The location was fine.

We checked out this morning.
I would say 2.5. Disappointed. Shower was not working properly. Faucet needs to be fixed. Hardly any water coming out of the shower head. Only 2 coffee creamers were available. No extra towels or blankets in the closet. No USB ports. Antiquated. Room def needs an upgrade.

The rooms were clean the restaurant is awesome very good food. However it was a bad smell of sewer in the lobby. I would stay again.

The area rugs had an odor, especially near the main elevator and the near Tavern area. I had a king size room with a bathroom that doesn't match (too small)

One of the most offputting looking hotels from the outside I have ever seen. Honestly, it looks like a 1970s housing project.
Although certainly overpriced for both its location and facilities, once I was able to get inside which was not easy (Which I guess was a good thing) The hotel itself was perfectly fine. Nothing special, but clean, except for the bug in the bathroom, and comfortable enough. The gym is adequate, although it could use some portable mats and weights over 50 pounds.

Everything was lovely. Check-in with Joseph was quick and easy. He was so welcoming and professional. He checked up later through text to see if we needed anything. When we requested extra towels, he got them immediately. Every employee we even walked past greeted us and asked if we needed anything. WOW! The room, the public areas and the grounds were immaculate. No weird smells or over-powering air freshener. That is very important for some of us. Bed was comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. Linens and towels were a good quality. Lots of little touches that made an affordable hotel feel upscale. It was a hot August day, and the room was nice and cool. It's right off of I285, so very handy, but we heard no traffic noise. A good selection of restaurants nearby. We will be saving this hotel information to stay there again.

The room was clean but looked stripped. There were two sheets on the beds, no blankets or bedspread. I had to pay $16.00 for the breakfast in the lobby the next morning. I could’ve done better at Budget Inn for a lot less money.

The hotel was nice but I would like to make one suggestion. Mr Hilton please update the mini fridge and add microwaves to all of the rooms.

I enjoyed my stay. I had a little confusion,because I added an extra day. I couldn't get in. I had to go to the front desk to check out and back in. In the meantime;I had to walk around the building to the main entrance late late by myself. That was frustrating.

It was just a hotel. Not good. Not bad. It worked.

Check in was slow. It took 20 minutes. I was thinking there was something wrong with my reservation but apparently the systems were being switched over. All that was fine but nobody ever said that until I finally asked. When leaving for dinner there were two cars that had been broken into. They were parked on the side where the restaurant is. Ithe restaurant is by a busy street and the busted out windows of both cars in broad daylight. The hotel itself was comfortable and so were beds. The hotel is quite but definitely not a safe area.

Wasn’t to fond of the ladies that controlled the breakfast area, I wanted to eat in my room so I asked for a to go box and an extra to go bowl for my fruit r cause they only give 1 for the hot food, so where would I put the cold food it definitely won’t go with my hot items

The beds are from heaven.
The breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel. Kudos to the chef. I'm definitely about to get a membership with Doubletree. But most importantly, let's not forget the fresh hot cookie you get when you check in. First Time there. Definitely not my last.
