Wonderful hotel. The river dinner cruise was exceptional and even though it rained we had a great time on the river. Staff was very attentive and heplful. The bar at the affiliated Annai+ property had amazing views.

The staff Anantara are incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were so comfortable, immaculate and always kept clean. The breakfast selection was impressive and the location convenient… by boat! It is so beautiful here and I will be back again.

We stayed here before and it was an oasis of calm and tranquility. Especially the pool. With the Avani now built next door it’s not so much an oasis as people staying there are able to use the facilities. This means the pool was always ridiculously crowded and it was impossible to find a lounger unless you went around or before 9am. The breakfast buffet was a good as ever in terms of choices but it was very very crowded and the service was not the usual Anantara standard. Plates left piled high on tables full of wasted food and not cleared. The peaceful Friday monks alm giving ceremony has moved to just outside the main breakfast restaurant now and that seems ridiculous - giving Alms to the monks before you are just about to feast in one of the biggest buffets in town. The staff everywhere are fabulous. They are always smiling. The toilets are spotless. The rooms are a great size and spotlessly clean. If Avani guests can use the Anantara pool then I would have liked to be advised the other way around was an option too as the pool there is a rooftop pool even though it’s small - it might have provided a different experience. The shuttle boat is also busier as I guess the Avani guests can use this too. Bonus though is there is an hourly boat to IconSiam which is convenient. All in all we enjoyed our stay but I am not sure I would book here again if I wanted a peaceful stay. I loved the boutique vibe this hotel had but that seems to have gone now.

It was a great stay. The property is getting a bit beaten up so it is always a matter of cost-benefit. But overall it has all for a great stay.

My family and I had an excellent calm and relaxing stay with amazing staff and beautiful views all around.

We had a mostly pleasant stay at the hotel. However, the initial rooms we were given were not satisfactorily cleaned. Fortunately, the hotel staff quickly rectified the situation by moving us to new rooms that were properly cleaned. Additionally, they gave us access to the lounge, which was a very nice gesture and greatly appreciated. While the service was excellent and the staff were attentive and responsive, it is worth noting that the hotel itself is a bit worn and could use some refurbishment. Overall, despite the initial hiccup, we were very satisfied with our stay due to the staff's efforts to make things right.

Always stay here when in Bangkok. Great pool area. And a regular ferry service to get into the city centre

Best resort ever

An oasis in Bangkok. Grounds are large enough to be entertained while you're there. Adjacent to a small indoor shopping center. A short complimentoferry ride to the sky train

This was a phenomenal place to stay. They had plenty for us to do and things for us to book to keep us busy. Everything was of the highest standards. We enjoyed ourselves immensely.

The staff there is amazing, and the hotel itself is beautiful.

For the price , thought it should be better , the room . We just lwft Pattaya Dusit Thai , that place was amazing compared to here . The pillows had a smell to them, balcony small no furniture --- shower terrible ----- The staff extremely friendly Amazing breakfast buffet

Great expansive property. Spa was closed so we ordered a third party massage for my wife for Mothers Day. Front desk refused entry unless I got involved. Other than that staff were exceptionally helpful.

Property, grounds and facilities were lovely, staff very helpful and friendly, but rooms were dark, dingy, small, shabby, beds not comfortable, facilities in room minimal. Supposed views were overrated barely visible in between buildings. Not deserving of the high ratings online. Would not recommend staying there, if expecting a 4-5 star luxury stay.

My identical twin sister and I love the location of Anantara Riverside. The room is very clean and comfortable. We love the beautiful river view room that we appreciated the sunrise from Chao Pra Ya River every morning. The staffs are very nice, friendly, and helpful. We love breakfast buffet every morning. We enjoy the spa. The hotel is close to shopping areas, and safe. We will definitely be back again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. The beds, pillows and linens are top quality - couldn’t be better. I would come back to this hotel just for that. Loved the location and the great and pleasant service too. Actually, what’s not to love about this gem of a home away from home hotel?

A lovely hotel on the Riverside. Staff and service was excellent. Amazing breakfast. Next to a mall so you don't have to eat in the hotel.
