Amazing place, especially for the price. Right next to the shuttle to Beaver Creek. Super quiet and well insulated. Breakfast was excellent, and the lobby is a wonderful place to hang out. Free hot chocolate and soup gives the place a B&B feel. They were always stocked on coffee -- it really feels like how hotels used to be. This place makes me want to try other comfort inns. 10/10 would absolutely make a point to come back, and I say that about very few hotels.

We booked this trip to get out of town and leaf peep. We liked the reasonable price for the area, but we did pay extra to have a Mountain View. Upon getting to our room, we found only a view of the parking lot as well a a thick odor of cigarette smoke. The property desperately needed renovations to exterior and walkways. We were told that the only reason we couldn’t see the mountains was that we were ground level. They did however move us to a different room due to the smoke stench, still ground level. Room was better scent wise but still in need of updates. We didn’t feel comfortable going without shoes in the room. Overall was quiet once inside the room and worked for what we needed.

When I booked the hotel I thought the pool would be open. Did not find out until we got there that the pool was under construction. I have 2 children who love to swim so this was very disheartening. And then I asked for a 1 hour late check out and they charge $20 an hour for late check out. That's ridiculous.

Especially enjoyed the very nice lounge/lobby area with fireplace, chairs and tables set up all around for leisure or working and breakfast. Lovely atmosphere provided by the space and tasteful decor.

Basic. Easy spot to get to from the highway as we were passing through, pet friendly, free parking, offered breakfast. Very nice staff.

Expensive stay for a lower quality hotel. Hallways had dings and tears from people using the luggage carts. I found a drill bit on the floor in our room. Booked a second night at the front of our stay because getting one added on would have cost twice as much due to change fees. Doors were all very loud. Some stains on linens. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was typical continental breakfast.

Check in was terrible. Beside taking too long the person that checked us in was not very personable. If I was ever to travel to this area again I most likely wouldn’t stay here.

The front desk lady was very rude! Not just to us but two others checking in. The manager person was also rude to everyone. The hotel is somewhat run down with stains all over the carpet, a musky smell throughout, and the beds are hard as a rock. We actually left a day early because it was terrible. I’m a really easy going person that rarely leaves a bad review because most people are doing the best they can but my goodness this place was not good at all!

I was a little surprised at the condition of this hotel for the rate we paid. It's old and in need of updates. The coverlets on the bed looked old and stained (although the rest of the linens were crisp and clean). Our phone had some sticky stuff all over it. The free breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly.

Real close to the festival, which I was showing at. Several good restaurants nearby. Walmart and Home Depot about 5 miles away.
Property needs a few fixes/updates. (outside walkway missing bricks (either remove bricks and cement walkway or move bricks to have a solid walkway) no handicap access (there were steps into the building), wallpaper peeling in areas (re-paste to wall), windows need cleaning in common areas, plumbing leaks in sink area (under sink).
I would stay again. Breakfast was good. Pools were clean and covered during the night.

It is a very clean and well cared for hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable. My problem was with several employees that were not as helpful as I would have liked them to be. Also, the lobby and breakfast area are in a separate building from the actual hotel itself, so getting there from our room was very inconvenient.

Property is disconnected, you have to go outside if in another "wing" and reenter to main office; empty coffee carafe's at breakfast by 8am and took a long time to refill; no peanut butter (a protein option), very limited gluten free options of eggs, yogurt, and fruit; breakfast staff didnt have allergen list for other food offered (ie. sausage)

They have a extra charges to be aware of. Extra charge for parking more than one vehicle. $20 per night. We were staying 4 nights because of an art fair. We had to have 2 vehicles. Added expense to an already expensive stay since we already had our dog with us.
