I booked a room with a balcony, there was a tiny bit of noise coming from avenue louise trams run quite late just outside but leaving the air con on low helped drown out the noise, comfortable beds, clean room, house keeping daily, really friendly staff

Excellently situated, mid-way up Avenue Louise, with regular trams to the centre or an enjoyable walk there. Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean, comfortable, modernised rooms. I’ll happily stay there again!

The hotel was very clean and well-presented. All the staff I met were friendly and very helpful. The room I was in was facing the street but the room was insulted from the noise of the traffic.

Great location at a good price. Friendly staff, basic breakfast. The room itself was clean. However it could use a renovation, especially the bathroom.
Staff was friendly and fixed an early check-in without any charges. I will definitively stay here for my next visit aswell.

Friendly staff. Room spacious and clean (Good view if you are on the 6th floor or higher).
Breakfast is fine and includes a range of hot and cold drinks. The choice of cold meat and cheese could be a bit more varied, however there is always one vegan choice available.

The Customer service in the hotel is not up to par. If a client walks in with an electronically confirmed booking and it somehow does not appear on the hotels own platform. The staff should have the decency to at the very least check with the booking platform to verify instead of jumping straight to charging the client. It’s customer service 101, common sense!!!

The hotel is located very near to all the amenities. Shops and public transport is very close. Hotel is clean and breakfast is ok though not a lot of selections. One thing I would like to point is that out of two lifts only one is in working condition and at times you may need to wait to get a lift.

Hotel could do with a bit of tender care but the staff especially the male member on reception who gave us great assistance when I needed to go to hospital were very good.

Newly opened hotel - some rooms appear they are unfinished and dearly in need of renovation. The room was practically bare, with nothing than the bed and an old table and pair of chairs. Balcony off limits due to broken flooring, bathroom old and tired.

However, the room was pretty clean and good looking: modern and spacious compared to other hotels in Brussels. Of course, this hotel is way better than other ibis in the city. The area around the hotel is lovely and there are plenty of restaurants and cafeterias. I can recommend this hotel!

Got assigned a room on the 10th floor, but the elevator reached only the 9th so had to go on the fire-escape stairs for one flight. The whole room smelt badly of mold / humidity, which would've been terrible if it hadn't been summer (I could just leave the window open). The room itself was clean enough, and the bathroom was OK but both the sink and the shower leaked so it got pretty wet. Breakfast was OK, but all in all a bad experience, you can certainly do much better for the price.

The room was of good size but there was dump on the ceiling and bathroom. There was noise from works been done in the daytime. The breakfast was very basic. I asked for a awakening call that they never did!

The picture of the room is so different from the actual room we got. The room is old and not clean. There are cobwebs behind the heater. Even the toilet needs a makeover. Liquid soap seems like it is diluted with water. Breakfast was okay. There is a tram station by the corner. And the staff are friendly and helpful.

For a short stay hotel is okStaff could have been more welcoming.Room wasn’t that nice (my room anyway) carpet was sticky, not sure what the substance was but didn’t really feel comfortable going barefoot.Ceiling looked like there was a leak and paint was peeling and discoloured.Bed was comfortable.Breakfast buffet was nice and the communal self serve coffee machine was good to have in place of in room facilities.Easily disturbed by the noise of the elevator doors banging.
