The service was terrible, no breakfast, and charging $10.00 for shuttles. While waiting for the shuttle in the morning, there are no chairs while waiting for the shuttle.

Parking is extremely high based on the remodeling conditions of the hotel is about 45 to 50 dollars per night, it ahould be free due to the remodeling process.

Terrible place under Reno’s. Absolutely disgusting. Only positive was that our room was newly renovated.
We were directed to a holding area in the parking lot while our room was being cleaned. No amenities there. Even the washrooms were porta potty’s.
Breakfast was cancelled and even coffee wasn’t available.

My 2nd time to book La Quinta Inn for a lay over before the flight. The lobby was under renovation this time around. But the staff was helpful. Rooms were nice and clean. They have free shuttle to and from the airport.

Hotel was nice the service horrible. They lie about the incidentals on the website, it's really $100, and when we checked out a few days later I have 13 random charges that used all $500 of incidentals for the 5 rooms we had. Called the hotel, but the cleck said she was too busy to help figure it out. She said to file a dispute at my bank, lol.

They did not mention anything about it being remodeled until after the fact that we had just reserved a non refundable. Non of the amenities were available, like the Gym, restaurant, etc. Not worth the price as it is under construction and they don’t list it anywhere on the reservation website. Not happy with our stay, not coming back!

Arrived and coild not park my lifted truck. I had called ahead of time and was told they had valet parking, not true. So when i arrived i was told sorry but we don't have anywhere to park your vehicle. I had to go next door to starbucks and pay them to get a pass to allow me to leave my trusk there. The room was dirty. And there is noise all hours of the night.

The parking lot is extremely bad! Even homeless in the area. The elevator did not work. The rooms are nice and the cleaning ladies too but the rest was bad.
The service very bad. The place is in between construction so it is a mess but the service was bad because they were not very helpful or understanding. Also to have the room clean you have to call 24 hr before otherwise it will not be cleaned. I won’t be coming back.

Hotel currently under renovation which made some issues for our stay. The elevator from the garage was down making unloading and loading difficult as there was no way to stop in the street. The restaurant was closed and the breakfast was a minimal grab and go. Otherwise everything else was very good.

They don't tell you when you are booking, but after you book they send you a message about the breakfast buffet not being available due to "minor renovations".
They are not minor. The hotel is undergoing massive construction and should be g greatly discounted or maybe even choose during this time.
Please be AWARE - the hotel is very inconvenient currently and there's heavy equipment beeping day and night!

False advertising. Got email that renovation and restaurant closed. However major renovtions being done to hotel. Renovation noise till 6pm. Lobby, lobby restroom and garage elevator are closed for renovation.

Found out about renovations day before checkin. The grab and go breakfast was pitiful, you should have taken more care to have a reasonable selection including protein. The cooling system should be made more explicit about its operation.
Given the wide variety of tv channels, any reason why MSNBC was missing?

If you are already having a rough time, don't stay here. Our entire experience was an inconvenience. The rooms were okay, but over all I wouldn't stay here again. There is construction going on, there isn't breakfast, but a on the go breakfast. The parking is $45 a night for paying customers, and you have to request your room to be cleaned because they are short staffed. The shuttle pick up is a entirety different conversation. Nothing is convenient about this place.

Hotel room was very nice & clean, AC works amazing, only downfall to the stay was it’s in the middle of a renovation so pool is closed, no bar, elevator to parking is out of order and the free breakfast was a mini water, small apple juice & rec apple served in a paper bag. Wish this would have been announced ahead of time being that one of the reasons I choose it was pool, bar & free breakfast. Parking is very pricy, $45/night. The cost should’ve atleast been adjusted since we didn’t get everything they offered online.

When first checking in the hotel was under construction, I didn’t know that, the check-in associates extremely rude and didn’t care that I was handicap and the loading of your items was very inconvenient versus parking in your car. Not to mention they had bags of breakfast to go no coffee downstairs anywhere. The coffee in the room was cheap with powdered creamer, which is very gross. They told us you can go to Starbucks. It’s down the street. I told them I didn’t check in with Starbucks. I checked in here with you. They were still so rude in the morning. We had to wait for hot water which made me late to check out . The main lobby was under construction and the temporary lobby was very small and hot. The Handicapped accessible door button was not working making it difficult to enter the lobby with luggage. The garage elevator was not working. The garage exit gate was also not working properly and it took us 5 minutes to get out of the garage. There was construction which woke us up at 8am after a long night of traveling. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable, but the conditions which were a result of the construction made the stay not very pleasant.

Disappointed. I didn't know this property was undergoing construction. There were no amenities, no hot breakfast, no pool, no elevator service in the garage. Customer service was not so great either. Not very welcoming at all. The parking was $49.50. I don't understand why the room rate or parking fee were not discounted during this time. I'm sorry I stayed here and will not recommend.

A day before my reservation I received an email that the hotel was under construction and therefore the kitchen was closed and breakfast would be a grab and go type of thing. Which is fine I suppose, if they had told me within my cancellation window though, I would’ve cancelled for sure. Very strategic of them to wait that long to update me. What they conveniently failed to mention was that the room would be super loud and rattling ALL DAY from the construction, and that the gym and pool were also closed. It was a TERRIBLE stay. I was only there one night and I’m glad because by 9am I had a migraine from all the noise. They are misleading potential guests by failing to mention that all their main amenities are unavailable. Do not stay here if you want to be comfortable.

Was very disappointed there was ants in the room the ac was broken it would not turn off. The hotel was u dear construction so most of the hotel was inaccessible. I’m sad that I had such a terrible experience. We should not have been charged 45 bucks a night just to park when there is construction going on the elevators don’t work properly. The guy in the mornings that is supposed to open the exit level takes forever one day i sat for about ten minutes before I got out the car to go into the room to ask why the lever is not working I was told just to keep pressing it. SMH. La Quinta In. Is usually a beautiful hotel with exceptional customer service, unfortunately this was not.

Worst La Quinta I ever encountered.This location was supposed to offer continental breakfast which ended up being yogurt, apple juice and a piece of fruit in a brown bag.. then the elevator was broken in the parking garage and we had to carry our things from the 2nd floor upon arrival and departure.and to top it off they charge $50 per night for parking. Thankfully we only stayed one night. Your front desk person also needs to see a dentist ASAP.. his breath was horrible.

Also the parking charges of US$ 45 were way too much considering we saw things of homeless people in the parking lot and the lift from the parking lot to the hotel entrance was not working. Not of the Wyndham standard at all.

WE BOOKED THIS LOCATION DUE TO THE REVIEWS. THEY CLAIMED IT HAD A FULL BREAKFAST IT HAD NOTHING DUE TO THE KITCHEN BEING REMODELED NOTHING MENTIONED WHEN BOOKING BREAKFAST WOULD BE UNAVAILABLE! THE STAFF COULD HAVE NOT BEEN ANY MORE UNFRIENDLY. THEY DID OFFER A SACK BREAKFAST UPON CHECKOUT. WENT TO GET THE SACKED BREAKFAST AND THEY RAN OUT. THE EMPLOYEE WAS ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND SAID WE RAN OUT DO YOU HAVE AN ISSUE? WOW! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANGER LUPE AND WAITED TO FOR OVER 30 MINUTES AND NEVER CAME TO ASSIST US WORH OUR CONCERNS. LEFT THE FRONT DESK OUR CONTACT INFO AND STILL NOTHING! Pros:
- Just one really. 😂 I really liked my room, so that has to count for something. Room was spacious, modern, and very clean. Plenty of towels, comfy bed, and the thermostat kept the room really cold. Loved that the room also had a fridge, microwave, iron, and ironing board.
Cons:
- Nothing was mentioned ahead of time about the extra 100 dollar refundable deposit. There’s a sign at the front desk but that’s about it. By that time you’re already there and ready to check in, right?
- Grab and go breakfast sucked. I understand that the property is under renovation, but a brown bag with a muffin and water is pathetic.
- The shuttle never came to LAX while I waited almost an hour, never got an answer as to why that was.
- The front desk was very hard to reach by phone, both when I called from my personal phone prior to check in and when I called from my room.
- No bathroom was available for guests waiting to check in, and we were told pretty bluntly that we’d either have to walk to McDonalds or Starbucks to use the restroom.
All in all, once I actually got into my room, everything was fine. I just didn’t appreciate all the other foolishness and I hope they work on all of these things going forward.

As soon as the reservation was completed online I received an email from La Quinta saying they were going under renovation and thus breakfast buffet was not available. This is the type of information you make available to people BEFORE reservation not after. The breakfast bag to be collected from reception was available from 7 am to 9 am. There were literally, 1 apple, 1 tiny cup o apple juice, 1 blueberry muffin and 1 237ml bottle of water. Do you really call this breakfast? We stayed on the 8th floor… there were construction works working on pretty much every floor, breaking, drilling and fixing things from just after 8 am throughout the afternoon. We could park our car, which costs $45 por night, from the 2nd to the 5th floor, but only the reception elevator is working, so you have to walk you luggage down if you park your car there. Pool is closed. Staff at our check in were probably not in their best mood either and everybody was complaining about something. Their reply was “we’ll become a Hilton type of quality hotel” I do not care what you will become, I am here now, not in 3 months. Would NOT stay there again.

It was horrible. Never in my life have I been to this company and it been so devastating. First off I drive up and there is no parking for my suv with luggage on roof. Then there was so much construction and on top of that they said there was no hot breakfast. Non of this was told on the website when booking it. Then when I get to the room it is hot and there is no shampoo or conditioner and only 2 towels the pillow was dirty. This was my first time experiencing this and I don’t think I will be going back to this property
