Perfect location for a concert at the stadium

We had a lovely stay at the intercontinental when visiting for a Christmas party. The check in was very smooth with no wait, hotel lobby was gorgeously decorated with festive lights. First impressions were excellent. Staff were very kind and helpful.
We ate a light dinner at the restaurant and the ravioli was divine. Thanks to the chef.
Our room was very comfortable with good bedding and a lovely view . It was nice and quiet at night and I’m a very light sleeper so this was appreciated. We had big windows and it was spacious and bright and not cramped like so many hotel rooms are.
The pool and steam room were great amenities and the gym is small but well equipped.
Room decor could use a little updating - it was very brown and a bit dated but since it was comfortable and had everything we needed we did not mind , it was just a bit underwhelming on arrival but then the view makes up for it. The shower was great with good water pressure and nice products.
We would have appreciated more than one coffee pod each for the morning coffee but again these are small things .
Overall a lovely stay in a very nice, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel. You are right downtown but don’t listen to the noise of being right downtown. Lovely view and everything is at your fingertips . The service was excellent from staff

They went above and beyond for my birthday weekend! My wife and I can't remember staying somewhere with so many amenities! Definitely coming back our next trip to Toronto!

We had a broken sink in the room after the first day but they switched us to another nicer room. Unfortunately the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night but at least they communicated with guests so we didn't have to leave our room. Overall I would rate our stay as good. For sure it is very expensive but very well situated.

The hotel is centrally located and is walking distance to all major sights. However, what sets this hotel apart is the staff. Everyone from the front desk to valet service were great. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.

It was connected to the convention center where we were attending an event, so that was nice.
The traffic outside was quite noisy though, even late at night.

Really nice place and great staff… some of the adjacent areas to the property were a little rough but not really an issue for the property owner per se. Building is a bit dated in some regards but the staff more than made up for that. Mini bar prices were INSANE though.

The hotel is well located in downtown Toronto. It’s clean and very comfort. The carpets look tired but the place is kept very clean. Unfortunately my neighbours decided to enjoy the evening late into the early morning. The noise could be heard through the room walls.
