Kia provided excellent customer services. Went above and beyond to accommodate my family and 3 other families traveling with us. We were able to stay on the same floor and same wing. This was our first time traveling to Arlington, TX. Kuddos to Kia!!

I stayed in room 1202. There was an alarm coming from the room used to store towels. During the day I went to see what it was and it was a red fire control box. It stopped going off after 10 minutes. It went off again at 1:30am. It would make this loud noise every 12 seconds. After a while I called to let the desk know. They said they would send someone to look, but it never stopped going off before we left at 9:30am. My daughter was able to sleep through it, but I could not. I was very disappointed after spending $500/night for a room that I could not get a good night sleep in. I won't stay there again. Everything else was fine. Just the worst sleep I have gotten since my time in the military.

This hotel was exceptional! We were so happy with the size of the room and the look as well. Customer service was excellent, with the front desk checking in with us via text thru out our stay to help us with anything, which they did. They helped us get free trolley ride tickets to the Texas Rangers game & the pick up was right outside, so convenient. We enjoyed room service, which was food from the bar & grill down stairs, & the food was delicious and big portions! This will be our go to hotel in Arlington from now on

The hotel was fine, but it did have some quirks. The toilet was LOOOOWWW, so anyone over 50 or who has knee problems, beware!
Also, they didn't flush properly majority of the time.
The AC took a long time to keep the room cool. We're talking days.
The water was backwards --- hot was on the right, cold on the left. So the first couple of showers, we put it all the way to the left & it was cool. Turned on the right faucet in the sink and it got hot. Finally realized the shower was the same way and got good, hot showers the second & third day. Other than that, everything was OK. Just thought these tips might help others.

Nice large king room, great amenities and the young man at reception was the first one to ask if I was a Hilton rewards member and credit my account. Needed more towels for our room and housekeeping came up immediately and delivered with a smile. Would definitely stay there again!

Highly disappointed...i got absolutly no rest...as we getvof the elevator myself as well as my two daughters witnessed a woman vomiting all over the hall way...but it gets worst...as we walk down the hall there is whatvsounds to be a multiple room party going on....they were fussing cussing slamming doors literally all night long...this contined until well after 3cam when i couldnt stand it anymore...no one told them anything...i just paid iver 200 dollars for a room i couldnt even sleep in...and having to explain what was going on to 13 year old at that..very dissatisfied.

First, my wife and my friend went to the hotel, we got room key that wasn't working! Next we got another room, and after that when we came back to the room we found another couple had booked the same room! Securities were called and treating us to call the police, although we paid for that room first! At the end we ended going back home as we didnt want any issues! Would definitely love to see how to get my refund.

Arrived in room to dirty bathroom linen. Reported but never removed. No phone cord on in-room phone. Had to report 3 times before corrected. Had to request ironing board 3 times before I went down from 7th floor to 1st and retrieved an ironing board myself and carried it up to the 7th floor. Room hot at night even with thermostat on 68degrees. No p/u service from airport. Doors slamming early morning hours and housekeeping knocking/tapping early hours requesting to clean.

I enjoyed my stay . Very nice and clean . The drinks at the Bar were extremely high cost for the poor quality of the drinks we ordered . We wondered if the Bartender ever added Liquor to our drinks . The front desk gentleman was definitely a Company asset. Very friendly and professional. I will return to this Hotel ! Especially if I can find a good deal there ! We needed a microwave but there wasn't one ! In a deluxe room ????.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my family. The hotel definitely needs an update. Our room had a faint smell of smoke. Carpets are old and smelly. Windows were very dirty. The bathroom toilet is so loud when flushed. Our TV remote was not working. Asked for extra towels that took 2 hours to deliver. Will not stay here again. We ate dinner at the bar and on the side of our booth closest to the windows there were dead bugs on the floor.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was no shuttle service but the trolley was available and convenient.

The room was super nice and big except the tiny bathroom. Bed was comfy which is really all I care about. Good dining options on site and close to six flags and the ballparks. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a quiet overnight stay for relaxation. My romm eas very nice and spacious with awesome ammenities. A restaurant is conveniently located on the property, so I didn't have to go far for a great meal.

The room we where in was a big, spaces size.
The A/C was working Good! The only thing I didn’t like was it was a lil dusty. I seen dust on the bathroom shelves & when laying on the carpet. I have lil grandkids so I like to get down on the floor with them. No! Free Breakfast! For the price. Free parking! Is a Yes. I’ll go back to stay!

For the price you pay its not worth it. The ac never worked in our room and they had to bring us two fans. They said that unfortunately all our rooms have ac issues. Every morning there was a weird white dust all over everything from the ac.

Hotel was good. The toilet had low flush pressure. I had to hold the handle down so it would fully flush. On our first night the pool was closed for sanitary purposes and was not open until the next day. I would still book again tho. Not enough negativity to stop me from coming back.

The a/c sucked . The air filter had not been changed since march .. They had a corporate task force visiting and the GM on it was ridiculously unprofessional, rude and demeaning to the staff in front of a pretty good breakfast crowd . You don’t want to listen to people getting bitched at in general but in vacation where your escaping everyday life it was extra annoying and uncomfortable!! Shame on ms Green !!

The location of the hotel was super convenient. We were given complimentary water bottles when we checked in to the room. That may not seem like much but ive stayed in way more expensive hotels that couldnt even provide that.

Their was building repairs being done Saturday morning til early afternoon.it was extremely loud.sound was heard on the 1st floor we were on 5th floor.other wise stay was very comfortable employees were very professional.

Well the hotel was under construction so i had no piece and quite. The shower was out of body wash all 3 days i was there. I tild them everyday i needed body wash and they never put any in. I had to use hand soap to shower with. Also the room door was broken and had a massive gap so you could see in. The bathroom didn't have wash cloths either all 3 days i was there the pillow cases had stains on them and the wifi wouldnt work which is an issue since it was a work trip. I had to go to the closest starbucks to work. For this being a hilton i will never stay there again unfortunately. Terrible service and all around crappy room.
