Comfortable stay, in for the ACC Championship game. Easy access to all the weekend events and the hotel welcomed all the fans. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Checking was confusing because of parking. Valet says there’s only valet parking but front desk says no parking. We finally figured it out.
Room had zero view of uptown Charlotte which was disappointing because it was my wife’s B day.
Shower head had zero pressure. We literally had to stand against the wall to have water hit us.
Finally I found a long black hair inside of the bath towel when I unfolded it. I know it can happen but this was enough to rate my stay 2 stars

I will most definitely stay at this hotel again. The restaurant breakfast was amazing, and the hotel is within walking distance of everything in the downtown area.

They came in right after we checked in and threw our shoes boxes away. We were trying to get ready for the concert that was pushed up. Right after getting in the hotel room. The fire alarm went off. We had to walk down 15 flight of stairs. Even though it wasn’t an emergency. Valet parking was 75 dollars. We paid over 700 dollars. It was not worth the price. Early check in was not an option. You couldn’t check in bags to go eat anywhere. Their restaurant and bar didn’t open to 4 pm. It was a high disappointment.

We had an overall bad experience. We payed almost $1,000 for this room for 1 night. Our room was not ready on time for our check in. I also was charged a fee of $50 on top of the $943 price. They did not offer any breakfast and our room was very basic for the price. We also had to pay $72.38 to park the vehicle as they did not even offer free parking. I was highly disappointed in this hotel.

When we arrived at 5:30pm the elevators were not working and they did not have our room ready. We had to get changed for our concert in the bathroom with a ton of other people. Our room was not ready until almost 8:30pm. We had to check in at 11:30 when we came back from the concert. We had to use service elevator. And…when leaving it took over an hour to get our car from valet.

This hotel is in the perfect place for exploring downtown or attending a city festival, as we did. Its walkable to many different dining options but also is very close to get to nearby neighborhoods with even more to offer. Check in was quick, the room was clean and spacious. Only warning, park with the hotel. The parking garage next to them (not owned by the hotel) was a complete rip off.

The hotel has a great atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was a nice concierge room with a city view. The loung had great snacks and was nice to have when you don't feel like going out or want a great place to relax. I only wish they had a pool. Also parking is around $50 a night.

Stayed at this hotel due to other family staying there and was pleasantly surprised at the price for an uptown hotel. Great uptown location. Try The King’s Kitchen across the street, a great restaurant with a mission. Parking is valet only but there are plenty of other options close by if you want to save some money and park yourself. Room and bathroom were clean and updated. No tub in ours but that was fine by us. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds.

Overall the property was nice. The parking is 48.00 per day but if you join Marriot rewards, yih have a chance of earning one night parking for free. There are cheaper lots in the area.

This was our first time at this Marriott property and it was a very nice experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The Parking Attendants were very nice, also.

Although the rooms were not as sound proof as I would have liked, I can't think of anything else that was a problem. The location had lots of great food and entertainment options around, it was close enough to the convention center and the rooms were very nice.
I have absolute no idea what kind of training the front desk and housekeeping staff have been given by they were extremely helpful and courteous at all times. Definitely the most impressive part of my stay.

A surprise that valet parking was required. Tv didn’t work, a fee for internet use. It seems when you pay premium price, some amenities should be provided. Only half of the elevators was working , the George Strait concert the line stretched outside the lobby to use the elevators. Needless to say I will not use this property again.

The location is perfect for events at BoA Stadium and downtown dining. While they offer valet parking from the circular driveway in front of the hotel, it was constantly jammed with inbound and outbound vehicles. A bit noisy with street traffic, but that's to be expected. Overall, I'd recommend the stay.
