Nice hotel in the center of Cambridge. Close to everything. 12-15 minute ride from the train station.

Decent hotel in city centre. Expensive parking, although we parked about 10 mins away and walked which was half the price. Weird staying on an internal view over reception as couldn’t see the weather or natural light. Staff friendly .

Positives- very clean, friendly, helpful staff, convenient for town centre etc. Nice furniture and decor. Negatives- expensive parking and bar. Charged for two breakfasts we didn't have but quickly corrected. Mini fridge in room would have been useful.

A lovely hotel right in the Centre of Cambridge. Very close to tourist attractions and shops. The hotel is very clean and comfortable and the bed has the most amazing pillows. The staff were efficient and friendly.

Love the location, center of Cambridge. For parking, you can utilize the parking structure that next/ back to the hotel ( for off hour, parking is really cheap; hotel has had valet parking only) . Lots of restaurants near the hotel, oh also, short walk distance to many Cambridge campuses. As first time visitor, very satisfy with it.

At the center of Cambridge, very close to all the activities: schooling, shopping, dinning, ..... Recommended!!

Very pleasant and family friendly

Check in was ok though we had to wait quite a while and the person on the front desk wasn't particularly welcoming. However, there was a treat left in our room for my husbands birthday which was nice. The room itself was spacious and had all we needed. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. For the price paid and reputation though I would have expected the room to be in better condition as there was wallpaper peeling off the walls.

I booked more than 6 weeks in advance, paid £450++ per night I checked in in the middle of a heatwave The ac in the room was obviously broken I complained immediately, reception told me 3 hours later that the ac was indeed broken - they knew about it and hasn’t bothered to fix it or give me alternate rooms I was there for my daughters graduation with elderly parents and I missed the afternoon event due to having to sort this issue out One person offered me a full refund but I couldn’t find a room in any other hotel for 2 nights for 3 people or 2 rooms as it’s last minute and graduation day at 5 colleges I was told point blank we can’t help you I was late for the grad dinner also Finally when we returned at night the person who said he was the duty manager said he could move us the next morning to another room but would not guarantee it would accommodate 3 people So I finally found and booked the last room available at Hotel Du Vin for myself and left my parents at Hilton Yesterday they moved us to a room for 3 but I had already booked the other hotel the night before so I moved out to go there instead All while also moving my daughter out of her dorm, attending her events and taking care of my parents We spent last night in different hotels This morning at check out they decided to charge me for both nights at first The person who promised the full refund was naturally off today After charging the full amount they then credited me 1 night back

A very enjoyable stay in a hotel that is well located to the main area of Cambridge. Rooms are large and well appointed. Great breakfast!! Victor at reception was excellent. His helpfulness was very much appreciated. Also commendation to Bernie for his assistance.

Property is very dirty and and not good enough to be a Hilton branded hotel. Rooms and corridors in particular are dark, gloomy and dirty with a musty damp smell

Amazing central location. Staff to attentive, room clean & spacious. Breakfast lovely quality and plentiful.

It was okay. Room decor was a bit drab. bathroom was not very modern with a bath and shower curtain. If corporate uniformity is your thing, you may not find it as depressing as I did..

Have been poorly as of late so needed a space to recharge. Lovely room, lovely big TV, water without asking and a BATH!! I dint have onecat home so my bath was lovely. Very decent breakfast too.

Rooms were average Service was slow Breakfast was very disorganised and cold although there was a good choice of food available

We really liked the 1 bedroom suite. It felt like we had our own flat in London and it was only a 7 minute walk to the Vauxhall tube station. Nice breakfast buffet and everyone was very nice!

Good central location / easy to park with valet parking and easy to then walk to all areas of Cambridge city centre - perfect for gig at the Corn Exchange
