Older hotel but kept up well. Pool was nice. Elecator broke down on day 2 of our 3 days and never got fixed. Shuttle drivers were very rude and seemed annoyed that they had to work and then tips were expected.

Simply awful room - dirty, dingy and felt damp. Not like other Marriott Fairfields we have stayed in.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was good and the coffee was hot. Nice pool with plenty of seating. Location was perfect for me in key west. I will come back for another stay in key west.

Room was tiny with no chair, lighting was bad with one light out. Coffee maker was broken, ice machine nowhere near the room.

The building appeared to be old and run down. It was definitely not what I was expecting for the price we paid.

We had a great stay! This was a family trip so we chose to be farther away from Duval St, Mallory square etc, but the hotel has a shuttle to those areas if you choose to explore. The hotel is a bit dated but overall clean and the staff was excellent; very helpful! Beware the pool bar, nachos are just chips microwaved with cheese, frozen pizza is bland. The food ant the bar is overall not worth the price.

I enjoyed the breakfast, and the closeness to food and drinks next door to eat cause I did not rent a car. In addition I only think the $25 shod be included if you use the van and towels each day as we only used it once.

Excellent and brief stay at the Fairfield Inn at Key West. The hotel is reasonably priced, has free parking, and although it is located far from downtown it has a shuttle service to the downtown area that is very convenient. The infrastructure is a little bit outdated but well maintained.

Rooms are horrible and just not what the pictures look like in the website... just thw worst expirences we have ever had while visiting the keys... I Highly recommend The Ibis Resort even there parking lot is 1 million times better.

Really nice staff, super helpful. And swimming pool is really appreciated by the kids.
AC was a little too noisy to be able to have a good night of sleep, and unfortunately the area for breakfasts are outside on a terrasse. So despite few fans, it was not very enjoyable to take our breakfast, even at 8’am.
But overall good experience

The room was SO small. There were stains on the sheet/comforter. Bathroom smelled like a sewer. Reminds me of a dirty cheap motel. The pool and breakfast were the only nice part.

Our suite was spacious and overlooking the pool. Even with the activity below, there was not a lot of noise. Most of the staff were pleasant to interact with, with our only issue being with one of the shuttle drivers being rude when asked a question. Breakfast had a great selection each morning and the atmosphere was relaxing. Would stay again.

The property was close to Duval street and the free shuttle bus was a great benefit. The breakfast served in the morning was easy to help start the day.
The room was average, the cold air conditioning was amazing after a day touring.
However the air conditioning was super loud at night making sleeping challenging for my family.
