Breakfast was a good saving. The food was average, but plentiful and hot.

The linens were rough to sleep on and even after requesting to change them; the request seemed to get lost in translation. The linens also had a musty smell.

Location is excellent in nice quiet location but close to the main action. Room is basic, Bathroom also basic though good supply of hot water. Water and Ice machines were appreciated.

Breakfast was like being on a scout trip. Very basic in a tiny room and not enough seating facilities. Accommodation is very basic and overpriced for what it is.

Beautiful poolside room. Excellent hot poolside breakfast buffett provided at no extra charge. This place is a little slice of heaven in a tropical setting. The staff is wonderful. They are friendly, courteous and competnt

We loved the pool courtyard, the breakfast was exceptional, the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. We loved that the property was gated.

The property was a little bit run down. The bathroom was small with little counter space. But we would definitely come again. We had a wonderful time.

It was clean and comfortable. The location was great as it is a couple of blocks off Duval. The breakfast was pretty good too! Keep in mind, this is old town, it's not going to be pristine in all respects. The cleaning staff was good and efficient.

We were across the street from the pool and breakfast areas. It wasn't really convenient, but we were ok with it. We didn't spend much time there, but that's ok. It was a little more private where we stayed.

Location was fabulous. We did not have a car, but we were able to walk to everything. It is close to Duval Street, but far enough away that you don't hear the noise.

No dresser or bureau in the room for clothing. Only three small shelves in the closet. If you stay in a lower level poolside room, you can hear everything that goes on in the room above you. The guests above us came in at 3AM and clomped around for an hour. At $400/night, you should not have to put up with this.

Ambrosia is a lovely, boutique hotel in the heart of Key West. It's within easy walking distance of the wharf and Duvall Street, with lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The pool area was beautiful. Breakfast is included and is served around the pool, which is very pleasant. The only minor complaint is that the breakfast is very pedestrian, much like something you would get at a Hampton Inn or similar hotel. There are bikes to rent and you can bike to anywhere on the island. The street is quiet. This is a great stay for the money, and I would stay here again.

They advertised having a hot tub and one of the reasons we selected this facility and it didn’t work both nights there. The staff acted like it was no big deal. They said they called maintenance! No apologies.

Beautiful relaxing layout. Room was perfect for a short stay. The option of two pools was very nice. Good breakfast with hot food items. Loved convenience and short walk to Duval Street and Key West hotspots.

Location was great, easy walk to Duval yet far enough away that it was quiet. Breakfast was great and meeting new folks during breakfast was an added bonus.

Too old , too uncomfortable , spiral staircase bathroom too old too small , not enough air conditioning, air in bedroom dripping water extremely unsafe , I need half of my money back
