We paid for the king room with a whirl tub. The tub was clean but all the jets didn’t work. The shower was hard to turn on, then wouldn’t shift all the water to the shower head and then continue to drip all night. The bathroom sink drain slow. The staff was very friendly and very nice. The hotel was just older. Great views! Breakfast was good but really slow. There wasn’t enough help. Waiter was incredibly friendly!

I have stayed here multiple times. I really like the front desk staff. I have had two instances out three times where I ordered room service. my room service was served in the flimsy cardboard boxes used for take out or doggy bag. I ordered a burger and fries. delivered with no condiments. no plate. This morning there was no hot water to take a shower. Very disappointed

Lobby is beautifully remodeled.
Nice warm chocolate chip and walnut cookies available upon check in. The rooms need updating. The pipes rattled in my room when turning on the shower. Rooms were painted and floors done but the rest of it was old like 2000’s Tuscan brown style which was common at that time. Nice place and close to Capitol which i was visiting.

The room was not very clean, especially the bathroom. The shower had shoe prints in it and a couple hairs on the wall. The bathroom floor was disgusting

I think the property is overpriced in terms of rate. The rooms are small, there is limited parking for such a huge hotel in the middle of the city. The staff is horrible, I walked out the front door and back in so the receptionist felt the need to ask if she could assist me as if I did not belong there. I wasn’t even looking in her direction or looking around like I needed help. It made me feel uneasy.

Hotel cancelled my stay for no reason. Took forever to get it straightened out. One worker that was overwhelmed and took an hour and a half to check in.

Prepaid for breakfast but did not get a chance to eat . Buffet was not available and they were out of a lot of food options . Food was greasy and egg's burnt. Will not come back .

Excellent staff. The restaurant did was medics at best and quite pricey. The toilet paper dissident in the room was so far away that it was almost unreachable.

The hotel staff is very friendly and always greet you with a smile when you arrive in the lobby. Unfortunately, the bathroom in my room was not very clean--had a ring around the toilet. I stayed a week and you are to get a 'complete cleaning' on the 5th day. Unfortunately, they still didn't clean the toilet nor the floors. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

It was a very wonderful stay. The staff was super friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable of the area for shopping and dining. Will not hesitate to stay here again. FYI the breakfast is awesome. The chicken we ordered for dinner was dry and not edible. Would not recommend the food from Sapphires.
