Our window was broken, keys didn’t always work, ac stopped working while staying

The staff was incredibly friendly, check in and check out was easy. Bed was comfortable!

The lights were all very dim in my room, so much so it was hard to see in the shower, the wall had some weird stains on it, and so did my bed sheet. The sheet was washed, just stained.

Location is ok.

Key didn't work for outside entrance so people leave them open. Bed was so old that it tilted to one side. No coffeemaker in room. No cups to even get a drink.

The water pressure in the shower was good.

No in room coffee and not much in the lobby.

Staff was very friendly, she had issues checking in the previous guest, but was very patient and worked through phone calls to get the gentleman checked in. She was very happy there were no issues with mine (thank you Booking.com) Room was plain, but clean and comfortable.

Only real issue was that the tub didn't drain. I had to hold the drain latch down to empty the tub. I reported it the next morning so maintenance could look at it. As stated on the site, no breakfast. They had a coffee pot in the lobby, room has microwave and fridge.

We did not stay at this plane, they were roaches big and small, we didn’t want to stay there specially with a baby, I was told that I’d get a refund within 7 days. The guy at front desk was amazing though, he was very nice and helpful, that was the only thing we liked about the place to be honest.

No frills, but clean and well maintained. I just needed somewhere to lay my head overnight and it did the job fantastically. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Qas everything I needed as a solo traveler. The price was very good, didn't feel like I was breaking the bank just to sleep for 6 or 7 hours and then leave again.

Cable didn't work very well, think it was the actual cable going into the wall. Didn't really need it so not a huge deal. Not really anything to complain about. Maybe a little better lighting, but again didn't need it for long, don't sleep with them on

Location is great. Quiet area. Places nearby to eat.
