They need more benches outside to sit

Very clean and quiet hotel the restaurant attached had great food and staff

Just one night on way home from weekend trip

Hotel was clean. Lack of "amentities" - ie two towels per room, free coffee (no cream), full service restaurant, no free breakfast. For this price of room, usually there's a free breakfast. Ample parking. We were busy with other things, so didn't use other amenities.

Room was mostly clean, some spills on the wall, sticky spots on the floor, bathroom smelled of sewer off and on. Spot on the bottom of the toilet that had not been wiped off

A great place to stay

I only wish we could have stayed more nights. Would say this was the best of all comparable hotels we have stayed in. Assessable bath the best we have seen. Bed very comfortable. Lots of details, including mirrors, coat hooks, end tables both sides of bed, lots of plug-ins, Even a Keurig machine instead

Would not stay here again. Our key cards never worked when returning to the room. Had to get them reset every time we returned to the hotel. The staff seemed used to this happening and never once apologized. The desk staff was pleasant except for the one guy we kept getting. His hair covered his eyes, he spoke too fast and too soft to hear. Then he got annoyed if we needed something repeated. Only one luggage trolley in the whole hotel. Ice only on floors 1 and 2. We were on 4. Only 2 bath towels and 1 washcloth in a very worn out bathroom. Bed was so close to the outside wall that one had to walk sideways to get on the bed. HVAC unit under window was so close to the bed my feet touched it every time I got out of bed. 3 of 4 lights did not work over the nightstands.

The hotel is still new so there were no issues with cleanliness and everything in our room functioned as it should. But unfortunately the service was terrible. We were made to wait almost 2 hours past check in time to get our room bc it wasn’t clean. We were initially told it would be “10 minutes” then told by the employee at the front desk “it could be less than 10 minutes or more than 40. I have no idea.” It was definitely more than 40 minutes. We also asked for an extra blanket. We were given the rattiest blanket, it was literally falling apart. Breakfast options are advertised. When I asked about breakfast times, I was told they may have a few breakfast sandwiches behind the counter they could sell us. Yeah, no thanks.

Nice hotel. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner but rest of the room was fine. If you opt for the breakfast kids do not eat free at the buffet… we found out too late.

The adjoining restaurant, food and services were good.

Check in was smooth. Room was spacious and clean but remote did not work for TV. We Planned to get a drink And watch Basketball game in bar and grill but it was closed, so we decided to go to hot tub which was not working. All in all a very disappointing experience!

Staff were very kind and helpful

Very nice, but we were bumped out of the king suite we had reserved and paid for. We were given a handicap accessible double bed suite instead with no offer of any discount or apology.

Hallway had dirty plastic gloves in them with food crumbs in hallway and furniture is old looking

I loved the room very comfortable, wish disabled spots were closer to the door, but everyone was extremely nice, would definitely stay again

Nice place

The entire staff were top notch and a pleasure to do business with. They all were very courteous and above and beyond to accommodate our eye every need.

Dining options are below average. Dispensers in showers were awkward. The bath soap dispenser in 402 shower didn't work. Couldn't shut the blinds, Other than, that the property is excellent.

The property was modern, very clean and quiet.

Hot tub was lukewarm instead of hot and the jets didn’t work

This property advertised a bar and restaurant and upon arrival it was closed. The staff informed me that this part of the hotel opened and closed at will.
