Did not like that they did not have free coffee, paid $5 for lukewarm coffee. Other then that a very nice stay.

We were down for the birth of a grandchild, and when the staff found out, they went out of their way to help us celebrate. Location was great too, for access to the UW campus and State Street.

Friendly staff. Close to capital. Free shuttle with a 2 mile radius. Ordered a drink at the bar they didn’t have the liqueur mentioned in the menu. They gave us a good drink still and a discount.

I had Covid and they refused to allow me to cancel my room with a waiver. The money was more important apparently than the health of their guests who could be exposed to Covid.

The nicest building on the block for sure. We enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere. The bedding was cozy and the room was able to reach low temperatures perfect for cuddling. 😉

You could hear any noise in the corridor. Staff wouldn’t care.

The check in process was fast, easy, and the staff very friendly. Parking was no problem and we felt safe and secure with the hotel-only parking garage. We had a couple of drinks at the bar, and the staff were very welcoming. Great room, and the hotel overall is very clean and well maintained.

Only stayed one night. Hotel was very clean and quiet. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Location was a short walk to several dining options and also to the college campus. Highly recommend!

All staff were extremely courteous and helpful. They offer a complimentary shuttle within two miles. It's one of the best hotel experiences I've had.

The room was nice, clean, comfortable bed. The walls were thin. The guy in the room next to me was up till three or so talking on the phone. I could tell you what they were talking about. Too expensive for that to happen. Location is golden for walking downtown. Parking is great and seemingly secure.

I have stayed here a few times while visiting my son at UW and it might be my favorite of all the places so far! The staff are all super friendly and helpful. Parking is ample, secure, and easy. The rooms are updated and very clean. And the restaurant is pretty great...excellent and friendly service and the food was good!

The hotel was good as advertised. Location and amenities were as expected. I would ask that you please include the entire price in your web site advertisement. My selection was made on a combination of location and pricing. I understand about not including taxes. But if parking is an additional fee like at this hotel it should be included from the beginning as part of the room cost. Otherwise it feels like a bait and switch.
