This was our first stay, and it will probably be our last. Everything was fine until we got the check at the restaurant. We weren't told how to pay. We waited to see if a debt machine was needed but no one said anything. We waited at the reception desk to pay there and no one showed up. My boyfriend saw on the receipt that it said room charge. It wasn't until we got back to the room when we found out the receipt needed our information. Not even a second later, we got a call from the restaurant. She assumed we were trying to leave without paying. My boyfriend ran back down to pay and the lady at the restaurant treated him as if he was a criminal.

Great room with easy view of ferries. Restaurant was very very good. Staff super friendly. I was pleasantly surprised!

We came, we ate, we slept, we left. Bathroom fan did not work, bathroom taps were backwards, low pressure in shower, pillows weren’t great, mattresses were lumpy, they charge you for bottled water left in fridge, no note paper or pen, staff on desk were very friendly and helpful.

One of our favorite places to stay while driving around Atlantic Canada. Also clean and great staff and very nice restaurant

Dont let the outside fooll you! This hotel has veel really nicely renovated. The restaurant is excellent, the staff are.friendly and its 3 minutes from the ferry terminal.

This a good place to stay if you’re taking the ferry to and from Newfoundland. Staff are peasant and organized. Hotel is very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel with amazing view of ocean. Clean and tidy room. Although breakfast not included, there was a restaurant with mouth watering breakfast options. Nearby restaurants if guests prefer to dine out.
