The reviews I read made me by. Walked in and smelled good , nice and clean , plenty of room Good breakfast, pool was great. We would stay there every time.

We needed a nice place to stay that was close to the hospital and your place was very beautiful and accommodating for us. Kind and very helpful staff, clean rooms and good breakfast. Pool , Hot tub extra game rooms and lobby games where perfect for kids of all ages!, loved it!

Rm #168 has a downward slope. We found ourselves feeling off balance while in the room. Very uncomfortable feeling. The sidewalk leading to our room was very visible downward slope. Not sure if the foundation was purposely designed this way or not. Breakfast was low on supplies by 8:30 such as bread for toast and yogurt.

Great little place Property is older but they have added some nice touches They have a great place to eat with a great bartender

I have a disability wearing a boot after surgery. Few potential hazards outside. Ramp handle loose & water puddles with potential for slipping. Room was fine

The room I stayed in smelled of smoke very strongly. Breakfast was poorly distributed. No meat options oatmeal was instant, which is crazy. Overall stay mediocre to poor.

I booked a hotel for one week and the front counter Person said as long as I stayed for nights, they could refund the rest of my money. I ended up staying four nights and trying to get a refund and they charged me even more money. I’m not happy at all.

Best thing about this place is the large pool. Most of the outdoor sections of the hotel are run down. They do have a nice game area in the lobby.

Good location. Rooms are decent, but our floor was dirty with some sticky spots and some of e outdoor stairwell areas needed cleaning.

Bed were comfy, rooms recently redone, at a glance nice, just don’t look at detail of any kind. Fine for a short family visit for baseball, fun pool, close to stuff… would stay again

An older property but in a great location for walking along the riverfront park. The front desk staff was unfriendly if they were present at all. We tried to check in 1 1/2 hour early ( which is pretty common). Front desk staff tried to charge me $25 to check in to “ my reserved room” early. There were maybe 5 cars in the lot so any room would do and they were certainly not overbooked. I travel all over the world and US and have never been charged to check into a room early. We opted not to get charged to check in and got coffee instead. I don’t know if that’s a new gouging tactic but it made an impression.

Great room and location. Anne ties were good. Staff was really challenging before and during our stay. Not helpful sometimes rude and difficult to get information prior to our stay.

I read a bunch of bad reviews after i booked and was scared to go but it was actually pretty nice and clean. I had a King room with a river view on the 1st floor. The bed was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was really nice. The fridge was clean and functional. The pool was huge and looked well-kept (although I didnt swim). The river trail was nice and didnt encounter anyone who was even close to seeming creepy or suspicious. The breakfast set up was decent. Overall I felt safe, clean and cared for. My only complaints were that there was no toilet paper in my room (the front desk apologized and gave me some) and there was not a complmentsry little bottle of shampoo. I would choose to stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay and will stay again. My niece picked up a small metal tube connected to a piece of plastic in our room. It wasn't thoroughly cleaned. The shower head was old and didn't spray, but kinda of dumped water on you. The shuffle-board table felt is falling apart. The staff were mostly polite but could have been warmer and more welcoming. I didn't realize the rooms had no balcony or view. I didn't realize our room would be in a separate building. There were overflowing garbage cans with garbage on the ground outside. The TV has no way to switch inputs so once I got it into HDMI mode using auto-detect, I was not able to get it back to cable. No potatoes for breakfast and the sausages were not hot. None of this was deal-breaking for me, but considering it all, the hotel is way overpriced. Using an online booking agency I paid around $150. I think the price and the attention to detail need to meet eachother half-way.

It wasn't easy to access the lobby from our room as we had an outside entry door. My husband uses 2 canes to get around, so had to walk far to get to breakfast. The pool was nicely kept up and the staff was very friendly. Crean room and comfortable bed.

The only complaints i have were the all white bedding and there not being a lockable bathroom.

hot water in shower fluctuated and got scalding hot. Drain was very slow as well.

Awesome, covenant, great location. Only bad thing cant order a drink from the restaurant bar and bring to the pool.

The pool was nice, the sheets dirty, the food was cold, the restaurant was ok, and the check out lady was not nice.

Garbages were full to be expected since we arrived friday evening. Will be staying there again.

Needs a facelift

Loved that there was a pool but did not like that it looks like a motel. Name should be change from hotel to motel.

Pool was great, key cards were a bit of a hassle but fine. Bar restaurant was great. Location super convenient. Rooms pretty spacious and clean.

UNSAFE! If I could rate this location -5 stars I would. It is not a hotel, it's a motel and it barely qualifies as that. I reviewed the photos and rating on Expedia prior to booking a business trip stay at this place and all I can say is READ THE REVIEWS!!! The pictures are a complete misrepresentation of what you're actually walking into by staying here. I was traveling with my daughter and pulling in from the main road I already had concerns seeing--and this is no exaggeration, we counted--11 men loitering in the parking lot and by the rooms watching our vehicle. Not a woman in sight. I thought it was fluke, walk into the lobby with her and there were another 14 men just hanging out by the check in counter. They all stopped talking and just watched us check-in. Service was terrible. We walk back out to the car to drive around the building to where our room is located and there are groups of men everywhere. We still have not seen one other woman. They all watch us walk into our room, and some of them start to take pictures and cat-call. There was absolutely no way we were staying there for the night. No way I was letting my daughter swim there, and absolutely no way I was leaving her there alone in the morning while I went to my meeting. We went into the room (which was filthy), and I called Expedia right away to convey how unsafe we felt and that we needed a booking at a different hotel. We left immediately after. It was scary, unkept, and an overall terrible place.

We enjoyed our stay, highlight was the bikes! We will definitely stay again.

Motel wasn’t nearly as nice as the pictures portrayed.We had to trade rooms because the room they tried to give us was in such poor condition.

Do not stay here. In fact, I did not stay here. The hotel looked sketchy when I pulled up but I still checked in. My room was way in the back on the first floor. There were a lot of men standing on the second floor watching people come and go and I immediately felt unsafe. I went into my room anyway. My room smelled like sewage. The AC was loud. Toilet didn’t want to flush. The price was way too high for this terrible of a place. I left and found a different hotel. I should have asked for a refund but I blame myself for not reading the reviews.
