Staff is great. I had the room with hardwood (laminate) floors, which made the room feel much bigger and cleaner. The bathroom is a bit dated having a tub instead of a walk in. Staff is very friendly. Both during check in and check out I had a very positive experience with them. Would stay again!

My husband and I found the property visually appealing. Set back off the main road was an excellent choice. The noise level was minimal to the extent of being virtually non-existent. We loved the brickwork, a lot of charm. My husband found the breakfast display outstanding - " the eggs actually tasted like eggs and were not dried out". The reception staff when we arrived and when we left the next morning were very pleasant and efficient.

I was very impressed with how large my room was. The hotel is a little dated, but I enjoyed my stay. Front desk service was awesome. I would stay here again.

The area and comfort was excellent. It is always a pleasure to stay with this hotel. The personnel is always polite and friendly and the service is extra special. I will be returning in October.

Very nice stately looking motel, wonderful helpful staff, loved our room and loved the breakfast (great variety), clean, safe, wonderful place to stay. Would stay there again if visiting Richmond area.

This is in a very old building but tons of upgrades done. Very nice updated rooms, comfortable bed and pillows. Blackout curtains that actually work! Nice little pool area and walk to this cool little Thai restaurant!
Breakfast was provided, typical food, not horrible and plenty of seating.
Overall a nice hotel if on a budget.

The woman working the front desk was so friendly! She engaged in conversation with my young son about his Legos while checking us in quickly. She was so kind! I don’t remember her name, but she was working the evening of 05/29/24.

Check in at front desk was great. Very friendly and helpful. Good location.
We stayed 2 nights and were surprised no one emptied the trash, made the bed, etc. Also housekeeping staff was talking to each other loudly in the hall before 9 am.

We had a 3rd floor room next to the elevator and were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the room was. The staff were very pleasant and the check in process was very easy.
The rooms were dated and pillows were too hard. Breakfast was very good. All in all, a decent hotel. With some updates the hotel would get a higher rating from us.

Very spacious room. But A/C was very loud. Please, please remodel with comfort height toilets. Felt like I was sitting on the floor.

The hotel was considerably much better than we anticipated. The room was huge, the beds were great, the refrigerator also had a freezer. The bathroom was awesome. The shower has good water pressure and the towels were new and soft. The clerk who checked us in was outstanding and caring. Breakfast was great. The food was hot, fresh, and very clean. The lady overseeing the breakfast was friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely come back if we were in the area. After coming here, I would try Best Western Plus again at other locations
