Front desk staff are great and were very helpful. When the room we booked wasn't available they gave us our choice of rooms that were.

The overall visit was great, but there were a few hiccups in the one night we stayed that made it a bit difficult to give this hotel more than 3 stars. For one, our bathroom door didn’t lock, which in and of itself isn’t too terrible because we were two adults staying in the same room. However, during our stay, we also did see a few roaches scurry across the floor of the lobby. For $200 a night, I would expect things to be a little better.

Housekeeping was poor. The room was not properly stocked and the shower did not drain, so that you stood in backed up water. I called Housekeeping for missing items in the room, and they were never delivered. Food is a bit overpriced and there wine selection was mediocre, and they were not stocked un all selections.

Restaurant needs refinement. It’s supposed to be Italian and authentic however the food does not reflect that.
Pasta is consistently overcooked and mushy on each visit. . The Veal Scallopini was just 2 small (not pounded enough) pieces of veal over a bed of “hammered” pasta with zero vegetable for $45. Overpriced and poorly cooked. The staff is good and service was also.
Breakfast buffet is decent but again eggs are way overcooked.

For $400 a night, I expected a working toilet. Because I booked through Hotels.com, I was treated terribly from the start. The front clerk said, this is the only room we have, take it or leave it. Room #133 at the bottom, near the noises of the front area. Nice.
What can I do? I took it. The room was awful. In the night, the toilet stopped working. I asked for maintenance. They said, there is no maintenance! For a large hotel? Yup, you're on your own. But there's some public restrooms you can use. Yup, that's why you book a hotel. So you can use public restrooms. So, we left early in the morning. And for our inconvenience, we got free parking. A $10 savings. Big whoop. What a terrible hotel. Would never stay here again. Treat you terribly and don't care when something goes wrong. All for $400 a night.

Amazing service. Scrumptious cookies. The Argentinean steak from the in hotel restaurant cut through like butter and was so delicious. Alfredo pasta noodles were thick and tasty.

I would have to say the hotel is pretty good. There was a few things like the lobby being extremely hot, possibly from the glass windows overlooking the valley. Are bathrooms ceiling was kind of dirty. I don't know if they were in the process of painting it, but when I looked up, it was pretty dirty. I would have to say that the parking spots in front were pretty close. I think they need to widen them. A little bit to accommodate their customers. I think the person that parked me didn't have any consideration but I also feel like a parking spot wider. He would have made it better. This other truck parked so close to me that I could not get into my truck from the driver's side. I had to get in from the passenger side and back out.
