The hotel is elegant and staff is well trained. There is construction in front of the property. You need to walk a few blocks for shopping and dining options.

Very nice hôtel with a great design, conveniently located near shops and restaurants, the subway, the UofT campus and the ROM. It's usualy quiet, untill the housekeepers use the vacuum cleaner in the hallway at 8am...

I love the room decor, but wasn’t crazy about the glass only cover half of the shower!

Wonderful hotel with amazing staff. Front desk staff were friendly and attentive. Room was surprisingly spacious and very clean. On site parking made life easy. Nearby shops and dining were walkable. Attached restaurant had great food and was convenient on rainy days. Highly recommend.

I loved the fact that I was downtown, and was in waking distance of a variety of ethnic foods.

Super friendly staff and awesome service, loved the ice coffee, would definitely come back again in the future!

Bed was lower at the head and higher at the feet, mattress was too soft, curtains not opaque, bathroom lighting was very poor and one night table light was very bright with no control. Definitely not worth the price!

The hotel was beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The coffee in the lobby every morning was really good. The staff were overwhelmingly friendly and helpful. We needed to be by the University of Toronto so the location was perfect, and it was easy to get wherever we wanted to go by bike, walking, or uber. Overall a wonderful stay

Our stay was very positive - easy to pull right up to unload/valet our vehicle, doorman very friendly, easy and friendly check in, they accept dogs with no additional fee. Room was very clean & comfortable - great bed, blackout blind, marble bathroom, strong AC. No coffee maker in room but offered in lobby starting 7am. Pub in hotel was good. Walkable to tons of attractions, restaurants and shopping. About a 20 min walk to casa Loma.

Amazingggg service and facilities. The rooms were so cute and nicely decorated while being quite spacious. They were also super clean! Will definitely stay here the next time I travel to Toronto

What a friendly and helpful staff in every area of the hotel. The best I've ever seen. I really enjoyed the room, it was comfortable and clean and had a nice view of the street. I loved the goose feather pillows. The breakfast was delicious every day. The restaurant was a great place to hang out after a day of sightseeing. I enjoyed the Saturday night DJ and trivia what fun. Parking was super easy and I felt that my vehicle was safe. It's a great location right next to the train station and in the heart of shopping, restaurants, and museums. Mary was so knowledgeable and helpful. Also when I asked for a list of hotel activities, Ineza got it right to me even when she was getting ready to go home. I appreciated the little treats in the lobby in the afternoon. That was really nice. Thank you for helping me have one of the best vacations ever. It was my first trip to Toronto I'm already recommending others stay there.

Construction around the property outside was obnoxious

I’ve stayed at a lot of Kimpton properties, and after my stay at the Saint George, I can confidently say that this Kimpton is my favorite one. The location is great, close to Bloor Street and a few museums and gardens. A+ for visitors visiting the university. Upon our arrival at valet, the attendant was really helpful. Parking was reasonable and easy, despite the construction going on in the street currently. Then we had an excellent experience at the front desk. Although there was a wedding going on, and the lobby was crowded, we felt welcomed and important. We were traveling with our dogs and we were even given a free gift for our pups at check in via a partnership that the hotel had. Impressive! We originally booked a King room but upgraded to a one-bedroom suite at check-in. It was so worth it. Our room faced the street, but it was really quiet. The room has a bar area, where we were able to sit and eat, and a comfortable sofa (I think it turned into a sofa bed but we didn’t utilize it) in the main area. It was really spacious, which we appreciated. The bedroom was equally spacious, with a comfortable bed and comfortable sheets. The bathroom had an enormous bathtub - which was the highlight. The only thing that was disappointing was the water pressure for the shower head. Lastly, the service was top-notch. I was very impressed at the attentiveness of the staff. We needed a few things from them, and they always delivered with a great hospitable attitude.

This property is great for families. The staff is friendly and so informative. The property is clean and well pointed.

Nice central location next to train station.

We arrived and were promptly treated by multiple friendly staff members. They were extremely welcoming and immediately offer us wine from their daily happy hour. Saw some cute dogs as they are pup friendly. 10/10, period.

Always love staying at any Kimpton. This one was on par with great service, great room, excellent bed, and unique style. The furniture in room was a little worn/stained, but acceptable. Unfortunate dirty windows. Great location/neighborhood. Breakfast food and service surprisingly poor - I thought I was eating in a low end Marriott :-(. That said, I’d still choose Kimpton as a brand.

Such incredible customer service. Comfortable, clean and well appointed rooms. The Kimpton is an oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of the city.

Room service service was great, but the food itself didn’t match the cost to the quality. Coffee was awful. Bar drinks were really good though.

I was attending a conference at York University, which is in the north end of the city, but decided to stay a little closer to U of T at the Kimpton Saint George. Everything was great. The staff, the rooms, the gym, and especially proximity to the subway, Yorkville, and U of T. Highly recommended.
