Let's just say the young man working at 5am ARTEZ his customer service is crap
I was $80 shy of being double charged inquired twice still waiting on a manager to respond do to ladies not being able to fix themselves. 🤔

I stay here often for multiple reasons. Mostly business related. Just my go to for area this trip was horrible. The customer service really was poor this time. Locked out my room for approximately 35 minutes, ARTEZ was very rude about the situation and had the audacity to act as if I were the problem and needless to say never had a problem before him. I was over charged for room at hotel after paying online. Inquired twice and manager still hasn"t

Artese and Sierra are extremely nice and the new young lady Yasmine is great. Thank you to Lashinae a cleaning lady for letting me in when couldn't get in building after finally hearing my knocks.

Well, I was really disappointed about the lack of service. It appears the hotel need to be renovated. The shower water knob got stuck and was hard to turn the water off! When we asked the front desk to get maintenance I was told she was the only staff there. We had to work hard to get the shower off.

Enjoyed the service of the hotel and the way I was able to change rooms because the TV in my room did not have a remote. Though I was concern about a bug I found in the bed of the first room, I was releaved that they were about to change me to a room with a cleaner bed.

Arrest was exceptional staffer. She tried her best to help find a room that didn’t have mew dew smell, ceiling damage, and mold. She relocated me twice. Seriously hotel needs a real tear out and redone.

Tyneisha at the front desk greeted and welcomed me as soon as I walked in. I was offered a welcome bag. My check in was quick. Overall I was pleased with the service I received.
The property itself seems a bit dated but clean

The location -Walking distance to Walmart and other eateries. Close to and easy access to highways
Also the desk clerk-Artese was very understanding as we had to change rooms from 3rd to 1st because of my husband fear of heights and then back to the 3rd floor because of the constant barking of a dog across from our room on the 1st floor!!! Breakfast staff she was excellent!!! I forgot her name but she was attentive to all the guest and kept the area clean and good fresh and updated. Gladly I would recommend and come back again.

Garbage! Roaches, trash under bed, pool not working all weekend, dog piss out in common area and in room, 3rd floor ac not wkn and don't get a discount because of it. Honestly they should ask if u mind being placed on the floor of hell. Old noodles on bathroom counter, just over all nasty

Pool was broken, room was humid and smelled super musty.

The carpet was very nasty. My kids put on brand new sock and 10 mins on walking in the floor in our room, the white sock they had on was black in the bottom. Just nasty. The hotel is ran down now. The pool water was green. You couldn't see the bottom of the pool. Front desk said the pool is open to swim until 10pm. Then it was a bunch a people just hanging around the hotel at night.

The front desk was completely overwhelmed. Iron in the room didn't work, so I went to the front desk for a replacement, and that iron was defective also. One elevator was closed and the other elevator was really slow. The bathroom drain was broke in my room also.

The room was full of dust, the jackets were dirty, the folder was dirty. But the most thing I didn't like was the attitude of the breakfast staff, how unprofessional they were, my son has disabilities and he witnessed everything and was so traumatized that the next day he didn't want to go and enjoy breakfast. The only good thing about the area is that everything is close, shops, places to eat, the busco beach park.

The property needs to be renovated. The carpet waa so dirty my husbands new white socks were black by walking on the carpet. The toilet seat in both room were too loose. The curtain was hanging off the never fixed. We asked 3 different times for the room to be nade up and change the towels, etc. Didn't happen.! We ended up sitting in the lobby for an hour for the room to be cleaned.The little trash cans are ridiculous for the bathroom and bedroom should be larger for the trash collected after a meal.. We have stayed here at least 4 different occasions during funerals for our family. This was the worst. We will probably not stay here any more.

We needed a nice room with a pool I found it on Expedia paid for the room online only to arrive and thr staff was outside after waiting in the lobby not knowing he was the 1 one who was supposed to check us in on top of that the pool was out of service and thru charged me for the room twice still fighting to get my money back it was horrible and it smelled bad my 8 year old rated the room a 1 star

My room didn’t appear to have been cleaned! When going into the bathroom the shower had actual poop sitting in the shower floor and drain. Glad I always take cleaning supplies and disinfectant to clean my rooms before using.

My first night, my feet stuck to the floor from the carpet being nasty. They change my room woke up the next morning couldn’t use the bathroom because the toilet was broke and took time to come to fix. I did not get a refund back from the hotel and Expedia only gave me a $25 credit, terrible customer service from both!!! So you tell me how do I get compensated for more than this $25 Expedia?

The room was clean but the AC unit had a terrible grinding noise that was an obvious mechanical issue - sounded like a bearing was about to fail on a motor. Every time the unit cut on the noise was immediately audible. I was not able to sleep very well due to the noise. The room should not have been available for use with that noise. The cleaning crew should have notified maintenance and it should have been removed from service.

They stole my jacket, I called a day after I left to inform I forgot it at the hotel and they confirmed they found it and my relatives went to try to get it back but they said didn’t have it!! I hope you enjoy it!

I didn’t like that I had someone’s socks from a previous stay in my room. It was in an obvious area so I’m surprised no one saw it. They had rules about quiet hours and yet people were in the halls at 12am yelling to one another in the hallway. Overall the stay wasn’t bad but it was just an overnight trip.
